Thank you. I needed this. It is 4 a.m. and I have been awake unable to settle mind or emotions due to conflict that emerged today. I am yoga instructor myself and typically can self-lead my practice, it was not happening tonight though. This practice was the gentle guided reset I needed. I think I can let go and get rest now. Again, thank you.

This was amazing. My husband has severe PTSD from war combat & most nights dreads going to sleep because of nightmares. We were able to do this together tonight & it was amazing to see him actually relax. Thank you for all your beautiful mediations 💛

Lindsay, you have made my day taking the time to write this comment. Thank you so much. And please pass along my deepest thanks for your husband's service. I am grateful to be a part of his (and your) healing journey.

Candace, this was the best. Please do more of these. I enjoyed the gentle stretching and the meditation. Definitely doing this again tomorrow after my 13 hour day.

Thank you, Candace for these gentle practices in bed. I’m sure I’m not the only one that benefits from these slow paced, supported movements. I’m so thankful for your yoga channel! On a side note, you are looking so lovely with your darker hair shade. Be blessed always❤️

Thank you for this wonderful calming sequence! It felt great to do this after a long day. It was actually the first time I tried a guided meditation. I will definitely try that again soon. It felt so calming! Thank you, Candace. Namasté!
