    Thank you! I just found this and it felt so good. I am at my desk for 8+ hours a day. I sit on a ball chair so that helps a little. Enjoyed your video, thanks again!

    Just took a small break at my desk to do this video, helped a lot, thank you! I've been tighter than normal the past few days & my sciatica has been bothering (I have been a little lazy with how long I am stretching after I work out).

    Thank You for putting this video out there! I sit on my butt all day and it's good to know that there are some things I can do.
    I think I am having an issue with anterior pelvic tilt and maybe something I've seen here will help.
    Again, Thank You so much!

      You're so welcome!! With anterior pelvic tilt - try doing some core work. A strong core helps keep the body stable and can help w the sway back issues.

    Great stuff! I just recently showed my parents something similar to hopefully spark them and show them yoga isn't necessarily extravagant poses and insane flexibility. We don't fit yoga, yoga fits us. Keep up the great work and "real jobs" are overrated. Metta.

    I'm an overweight man, so I had to modify a tiny bit, but this was a hugely helpful routine. Thank you.

      Good for you - you do whatever you need to do to make it work for you, and be proud of yourself! Many people don't even realize they can modify and they just give up, so GREAT JOB!!

      @@yogabycandace I realize this is two years later, but I wanted you to know this is my go-to video for a quick yoga session that I can do. Probably at least 100 views of this video are me and my wife. Thanks for this routine!

    Is there an alternative to the last stretch? It's not available to me because I can't grab my foot and my hamstring cramps up, thanks beautiful. I really enjoyed this quick practice, ideal for when I don't have time to get my mat out. Namaste 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️💕💕

      I've had similar issues with hamstring cramps. I sometimes use crescent lunge(anjaneyasana) or hero pose(virasana). I still have to straighten my leg at times when doing this and give a little forward fold to release that cramp. I'm currently watching my hydration and micro nutrients to see if that plays a part. Hopefully something i said can help. Metta.

      @@christopherszwargulski7920 thanks Christopher, another good pose is camel. Warm up first though with some forward folds and cobra first! It's a great one for the whole front body, namaste 🙏🙏

    Gross get a real job

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  5 лет назад

      What qualifies as a real job? I wrote a book, I founded Mantra Box®, a quarterly discovery box that supports small business, I developed an App, I lead yoga workshops and teacher trainings around the world. This past year I worked with Revlon, headlined a yoga festival in Dubai, and worked with Ritz Carlton, and Shangri-la Hotels just to name a few. But tell me, should I go back to my old job as a middle school Spanish teacher because it falls into the category of a 'real' job?
