It’s been pointed out a few times that these plug-ins don’t actually give accurate data, they give an estimate, so you can’t really trust them.

Anyway I recommend seeing a psychologist who specializes in adults with autism if that’s an option near you (and of course if that’s something you’re interested in). They’re rare but they do exist
