This is the BEST morning stretch video I've found! What I LOVE about it is that all the exercises can be done in bed as soon as waking up. They're quick, which makes for an easy routine unlike all those complicated stretches that take over 15 minutes and that no one has time or energy to do in the mornings. These stretches are easy to memorize and really get you going. Thank you!!

I really love it. It's helping me start my new, more self aware life phase getting up earlier but nicely and gently in the morning. What I really hate about this is that sometimes instructor doesn't wait for you to complete all the assigned breaths and it makes it trickier and more stressful to follow. I wish for a full version. Either way great voice, great explanation, great visuals.

I’m 22 and havnt sat and a crossed my legs in literally around 15 years!!! I’m very physically active but do not involve any stretching what so ever! The outsides of my hips feel SOO tight and my knees hurt! Going to need lots of practice
So because of previous i just "sat around and healed" for decade not realizing that along w becoming unhealthy overweight my flexibility and mobility ans sure footedness dropped, somewhere along they way it became the who new injury. Im gonna start stretching every day. Thank you

Going is very good. These are good stretches that will energize and decompress the spine and add to suppleness and dexterity of the body before warm up exercises.

from watching and trying many routines for a few days i ended up doing this one the most because of how easy and unpretentious it is. i added a few neck and wrist twists myself and I'm set up.
I am gonna try this tomorrow on a workday too, right here comfy under the blankets, because I HATE coming out of bed, it don't matter if I was in bed voor 5, 8 or 12 hours, my bed is the best place to be. So now I can trick myself into getting up while also stay under my blanket, heheHEHEHE
