Short Gentle Morning Yoga Stretch in Bed

  • This is a gentle yoga stretch that you can do first thing in the morning. We'll start with a short centering to set intentions and focus, and then we'll start with some gentle neck stretches. After that, we'll move into some gentle stretches that target the upper back, hamstrings, hip flexors, back of the hips, chest and shoulders before coming into a five minute savasana.

    Today this was a little intense maybe because my back pain was tender and sore. Although I still enjoyed the warm up. Thanks again.

    I absolutely LOVE LOVE love this routine. It's a morning routine in bed, that literally gets you out of bed which is genious!! I could not sleep well last night and doing this in the morning made me feel so refreshed even with lack of sleep. Thank you!!

    I love that you film your silent stretches as well. That way, it's a signal to come out of the pose, and we get to end the practice together. There's something so comforting about that. Thanks for sharing!

    Your hair looks really good. If that's first thing out of bed in the morning, I would need some experiential corroboration of that lol jk, or at the end of a long day for that matter. Anyway... safe travels and thanks for the practices!

      Hi Paula, Congrats on your pregnancy. I don't have any suitable sequences because I'm not certified in pre-natal yoga, but I am sure a quick youtube search will reveal lots of options :)
