      i agree, i think it could be perfected if the there was more time to listen to and apply the instructions before another move... yoga should be slow and calming but trying to keep up was the biggest challenge.

    I'm not lying when I tell you that you are one of the most great yoga instructors I've seen. Not because your positions but because you easy go trough every step while doing them and explain every thing. I'm grateful and so happy after just one 30mins of your session. I just wanted you to know that what you do makes people feeling free and calm within 30 minutes. A time that even a stressed student or worker have time for. Thank you🌸

I haven't felt a stretch like that in my Hamstrings or my hip flexors for a while since I've been on holidays so this was fabulous. Hi Candace - I basically never comment on youtube videos, but I just had to share that today was a red letter day for my practice because while watching this video, I finally got my heels to the mat in downward dog. I was stoked! (I assume it's okay to be stoked during yoga every now and then.) I've spent about half my life practicing martial arts, but started adding yoga every once in a while a few years ago to add some flexibility and balance. I had a couple videos I liked, but started watching your videos a couple weeks ago and have made tons of progress (did I just hold forearm stand, however briefly? baby grasshopper? and now, heels to the mat). I've found that I look forward to practicing with your videos, they challenge me to do stuff I haven't tried before, and then I feel awesome for the rest of the day, so thanks for sharing this! I think I'm getting hooked.

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  8 лет назад +1

      +Breguntaz 1) Thank you for taking the time to comment. As someone who never ever comments on videos, I know it's a big deal to comment, so I really appreciate it. 2) Hell yeah, be stoked during yoga as much as possible! Approach everything with a heck yeah attitude and I swear you'll be blown away by what you can do. 3) Awesome, so so glad these vids are helpful to you and pushing you to try new stuff. Thanks again!

    these moves really helped me, however, the guidance on breathing did not help. it was great that you reminded us to breathe throughout the video as many teachers do not. But you would sometimes even do two moves where you said inhale 2x before a chance to exhale. If someone is following along with you they are a step or two behind you. In this video each pose was only held for a short (sometimes) no full inhale or exhale. Half way through I had to stop listening to you and do every 3rd or 4th move. Take out a few moves and make each move count more please.

    Been trying to find a yoga instructor I like with a video that was easy to follow but with some challenging moves and I definitely found it here!
    As someone who hasn't done yoga for a few months I didn't realise how tight I had gotten, particularly in the lower legs
    Thank you for posting this video Candace, cannot wait to finally master the crow position!

    Hello, I just want to say thanks for this video, I have been doing yoga casually at home for about two years now and I always come back to this video. I like the poses and I feel my whole body has been worked through after. I also like how this video feels like an actual yoga class compared to many other youtube yoga videos where people are desperately trying to sell themselves. This is just chill and about the yoga. Thank you.

    Just wanna say thank you Candace for ur videos. I used to go to the studio faithfully twice a week for an hour each but then I got pregnant and found it harder to keep up during the last trimester. Now that I have a month old baby I don't get to get out much and finding these videos literally saved my life😫🙏🏾. Thank you you're amazing!❤️

    I'm an avid yogi that travels a lot and so these videos have become my latest passion. I didn't have much time this morning, so I clicked on your video mainly for the 30 mins., but knew that with Vinyasa Flow, it'd be strong enough to benefit from. Candace, I loved this video. Thank you. Great flow for a great "get-er-done" short n' sweet Vinyasa Yoga class.

    Hey Candace
    Thanks for such a great session. Where I was able to control my breath and concentrate on my inner self. This session was refreshing and keeps you boosted throughout thr day. Some of the workout was bit challenging for me such as crow pose, balancing with standing and holding your toes and last 2 postures. I am not a yoga person you have changed my perspective. You are doing yoga poses with such a positiveness and Calmness which keeps us moving. Looking forward for more sessions like this 😊

    I've not practiced much for the past 18 months, a long break after 15 years of almost daily practice (teaching yoga actually ruined it for me). It's interesting getting back, it might be like those trainers that let themselves go and then get back in shape, so they understand the people they are trying to help ... It's hard, but understanding the feeling of my body now, allows me to go deeper and understand where "I" need to be in the pose, as opposed to where teachers want me to go in the pose. So I'm a beginner with past knowledge. And this was a great "introductory" back to the mat.

    Lovely session thank you :) I particularly enjoyed looking up at my tv at one point and having those beuatiful husky eyes staring straight into my soul! I miss my husky, lost him last year, whenever I did yoga with him in the room it usually resulted in him "helping" and us play fighting and me laughing a lot :) excellent soul mates are huskys! xx
