I'm not lying when I tell you that you are one of the most great yoga instructors I've seen. Not because your positions but because you easy go trough every step while doing them and explain every thing. I'm grateful and so happy after just one 30mins of your session. I just wanted you to know that what you do makes people feeling free and calm within 30 minutes. A time that even a stressed student or worker have time for. Thank you🌸
i agree, i think it could be perfected if the there was more time to listen to and apply the instructions before another move... yoga should be slow and calming but trying to keep up was the biggest challenge.
This has been my first ever yoga video in 2020 and I have been doing yoga every day since that day, today I found your video again and yes. You are the best one, suddenly I remembered why I got into yoga in the first place and it was because this video made me feel so good,!!!!
Been trying to find a yoga instructor I like with a video that was easy to follow but with some challenging moves and I definitely found it here! As someone who hasn't done yoga for a few months I didn't realise how tight I had gotten, particularly in the lower legs Thank you for posting this video Candace, cannot wait to finally master the crow position!
Just wanna say thank you Candace for ur videos. I used to go to the studio faithfully twice a week for an hour each but then I got pregnant and found it harder to keep up during the last trimester. Now that I have a month old baby I don't get to get out much and finding these videos literally saved my life😫🙏🏾. Thank you you're amazing!❤️
I'm finding your 30 minute videos SO amazing now that I've moved to London and can no longer afford to belong to a yoga studio. Thank you for making videos!
CharliMarieTV Charli, thanks so much for the kind words! Congrats on your move to London (love that city!) and I'm so glad to hear that the videos are helpful to you!!
I love these Classic Candace practices. It's like there's a simplicity to them that's just about feeling good. The dog is just enjoying the chill vibe!
Haha, thank you so much! I get irritated with a teaching voice that's too velvety-woo-woo, so I just try to speak in a soothing way without being *too* out there haha
I came home from work and instead of hitting the couch and have dinner, decided to do yoga with Candace! Loved the flow packed in a good 30min session. Thanks for this 👍🏻😊
Candace, I've been doing your videos for a few months now and I just wanted to say "thank you." I've been practicing yoga for about 25 years and I prefer practicing in my own home now. I always find what I need in your selection of videos, and I love that there are different length practices so I can choose what works for me on a given day. I love and appreciate what you're doing. Thank you.
Jackelin Slack Jackelin, thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a kind message. I really appreciate your feedback. Do let me know here (forum.yogabycandace.com/topic/20-youtube-video-request/) if you ever have a video request, and feel free to check out more at www.yogabycandace.com
Thanks so much for sharing your videos! Im not quite there yet with some of the poses but your style of yoga is informative and your voice is very soothing. Best yoga on youtube by a mile. Thanks!!
Julia Wild Wow huge compliment, thank you so much, Julia. You may want to check out the blog for more in depth tips: www.yogabycandace.com, and we've just unveiled a forum for likeminded yoga people to come together and share thoughts and ask questions: forum.yogabycandace.com
Hi Candace! I've really struggled to find a yoga instructor on RUclips that I like. I discovered your channel a few days ago and I LOVE it!!!! Your instructions are easy to follow and I love the routines! Thank you for your videos!
I used to do Yoga a lot when I was younger. It did help me but I lost interest. At 59, every time I do this I feel SO MUCH BETTER! No.. I feel LOUSY when I don't do this! Thank you Candace. This is an amazing gift you keep giving over and over again (1.2 times million times and counting) and it heals people! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! And remember people, while you CAN pay for yoga, it is also FREE!
Eric Barenca Thanks for the feedback, Eric! I really appreciate it! If you have any video requests for the future, feel free to submit them here: @topic/20-youtube-video-request/
Thank you so much. I woke feeling tired and cold and by the end of the practice felt warm, lungs open, restored. I love your channel and your teaching style, great and accurate instructions and some great prompts. Really appreciate it.
As a dancer and being fairly new to yoga, I found this incredibly satisfying. I haven't felt a stretch like that in my Hamstrings or my hip flexors for a while since I've been on holidays so this was fabulous. The timing was great and easy to follow, was challenging but achievable. Thank you very much! I shall be doing this everyday from now on :) great work!
Thank you, Candace. I return to this video over and over; it is one of my very favorites. So efficient, accessible, and really has it all--meditation, strength and stretch. LOVE!
Candace, thank you so much for sharing these videos. You are the best teacher, and one who shares for free on top of that! You offer tougher options to aspire to, and your teaching is calm and perfectly zen for yoga. Again, thank you so much, you're so amazing!
I've been doing this video every day for a week now. Wow. The change in my body is real. Yoga is the cure to everything. And I love your voice, it's so smooth and so easy to follow.
i have been loving candace's yoga videos and just subscribed to her app. As the momma of a toddler, its hard to find time for self care but the 15-30 minute yoga videos have made it easy to incoporate. also, the stretches really help my aches and pains especially in my shoulders and upper back related to nursing. thanks candace!
I love these, Candace! I have injured both my groin (eek) and mid-upper spine as a result of too-aggressive yoga classes. Your classes are perfect though; I really appreciate the helpful reminders to me keep my body in alignment and my positioning correct. Thank you!!!!
I've done a handful of yoga videos on RUclips and this one is probably my favorite! I really liked the variety of poses and the instructions were very clear and specific, and in a soothing voice.
Treena Joyo Davis Thanks so much for the feedback, Treena. I'm so glad you enjoyed this. Feel free to join in on the conversation at forum.yogabycandace.com - it's a great little corner of the internet where likeminded people are coming together to chat about all things yoga related. It's also the space to ask yoga questions and make yoga video requests if you have them. :)
I hope you have a lot more of these videos. I tried all the other types but none had the same effect this had on me. this is the best yoga vid by a landslide. it helped so much and now I do this everyday. ever since I watched this vid my swimming got a lot better and after I showed my friends so did theirs. thank you so for sharing this with people and posting this on RUclips. I bet it made a huge difference to others who watched this video. you have a true gift, so thank you for sharing this with others😃😃😃😃

Julia Landauer Awesome, Julia, so glad to hear this. Hope you enjoy future yoga flows with me :) Feel free to check out yogabycandace.com and forum.yogabycandace.com for more in depth yoga talk and a place to ask questions
Sara Steele Thanks for the feedback and for adding to your favorites! Feel free to join the YBC Yoga Forum, a great little supportive corner of the internet where likeminded yoga people are coming together. It's also the space to ask yoga questions and submit video requests if you have them :)
I love your videos so much because they feel just my pace and you don't do a million and one vinyasas. I enjoy vinyasa yoga, but when instructors constant;y do them back to back to get the heart rate up I have to tap out. I'm a larger size person and I can't always keep up. Thanks so much for these videos.
Hi Candince, I have never commented on a video on youtube in all my 25 years, but I must thank you for making such amazing videos (and so many of them!) accessible. I would never be able to afford regular yoga classes, so I have you to thank for sharing.Yoga has made me a much stronger runner, less prone to injury, and I would never have known to try it if I hadn't stumbled upon your channel.f you ever make a video specifically for tight runners, I will be the first to watch it. Keep up the the good work and thanks for sharing!
Zoe Senecal Hi Zoe, thanks so much for the kind words. I'm so glad to hear you like the videos. I have a pre and post run video: yogabycandace.com/blog/pre-run-yoga-video and yogabycandace.com/blog/2013/6/7/gentle-post-run-yoga-sequence - people use them interchangeably, so if one feels better as a pre even though it's titled "post", no worries! Hope you enjoy and thanks so much for watching and being a subscriber!
Phew! I needed this. I was directed to your channel by a fitness instructor (Millionaire Hoy) who is a huge fan of your channel, and I'm so happy he did. I want to improve my yoga practice and these videos are the perfect length. Going back again later for the 15-minute Upper Body Strength and Flexibility and Lower Back and Legs. Thanks for the video!
Yoga by Candace I absolutely will be (still need to try that 15-minute Upper Body Strength and Flexibility) and I'm trying to get a few co-workers to get involved as well :)
Hello, I just want to say thanks for this video, I have been doing yoga casually at home for about two years now and I always come back to this video. I like the poses and I feel my whole body has been worked through after. I also like how this video feels like an actual yoga class compared to many other youtube yoga videos where people are desperately trying to sell themselves. This is just chill and about the yoga. Thank you.
I wasn't able to do any good side plank like... ever! Sometimes I just skipped this pose but few days ago I just heard from you or read that if we have problem with something then we probably just need it and should practise that much more so I did it today with you without thinking about failing and I really did it correctly! Bravo to me, thanks to you! Namaste.
I love this!! I follow your instructions everyday. I love the positions, the voice, the pace - and the dog in the corner! Thank you! Greetings from Denmark
this is the best vid of this length Ive seen so far, first time I try yoga this week so ive been doing a ton of stuff just to try it out. This gave me something I can do the entire session as a beginner but have lots of areas to grow to do it smoothly or with the harder options. good job, also I need that dog in my life
Hey Candace Thanks for such a great session. Where I was able to control my breath and concentrate on my inner self. This session was refreshing and keeps you boosted throughout thr day. Some of the workout was bit challenging for me such as crow pose, balancing with standing and holding your toes and last 2 postures. I am not a yoga person you have changed my perspective. You are doing yoga poses with such a positiveness and Calmness which keeps us moving. Looking forward for more sessions like this 😊
Thank you for this yoga half hr. I did this yoga session and I was very pleased with the benefits as I have been practicing for about 3 years now. My adjustments was countless in one this one session (6) more than i have ever had in any one session. Thank you.
Hi Candace - I basically never comment on youtube videos, but I just had to share that today was a red letter day for my practice because while watching this video, I finally got my heels to the mat in downward dog. I was stoked! (I assume it's okay to be stoked during yoga every now and then.) I've spent about half my life practicing martial arts, but started adding yoga every once in a while a few years ago to add some flexibility and balance. I had a couple videos I liked, but started watching your videos a couple weeks ago and have made tons of progress (did I just hold forearm stand, however briefly? baby grasshopper? and now, heels to the mat). I've found that I look forward to practicing with your videos, they challenge me to do stuff I haven't tried before, and then I feel awesome for the rest of the day, so thanks for sharing this! I think I'm getting hooked.
+Breguntaz 1) Thank you for taking the time to comment. As someone who never ever comments on videos, I know it's a big deal to comment, so I really appreciate it. 2) Hell yeah, be stoked during yoga as much as possible! Approach everything with a heck yeah attitude and I swear you'll be blown away by what you can do. 3) Awesome, so so glad these vids are helpful to you and pushing you to try new stuff. Thanks again!
I use several YOGA videos after strength training. today i used yours after running a crazy 10km race and having my body sore and tired... the video was great, loosened my entire body! loved it!!! THANK YOU
I love everything about this video! Clear instruction, beautiful colors, graceful goddess, nice pace and even the awesome K9 vibes. I feel stronger and happier after this 30 mins with you! Thanks a zillion. :-)
This is my first time making it through a yoga video. A little quick for my first time but better than nothing. Your tone is soothing and relaxing. Thank you for sharing your expertise.
Hey there - sorry this went a bit too fast for you. Please read this post: yogabycandace.com/blog/2016/3/21/the-number-one-complaint. If you're looking for something somewhat slower, google 'yogabycandace restorative' or 'yogabycandace hatha' or 'yogabycandace yin.' If you want something a little faster paced but still beginner appropriate search 'yogabycandace slow flow'. Hope that helps!
I have been dreading doing yoga this last few months, as I have been out if it for about 8 months, I had to force myself literally second by second to finish this video, before I knew it, I was at the end and feeling very good! This video was just the perfect amount of strength and stretching to make me feel good, maybe I will get back into it!!!
This is the best yoga video I've come across since I've started the practice. Thank you for being so detailed and for explaining the breath and the foundation of the poses. Namaste 🙏🏾
You are my favourite yoga teacher! I'd love if you could make a video with advice on how to get from intermediate to advance in your daily practice. My main goal right now is to master crow pose and I'd love to know your opinions on how to mentally and physically progress in your practice. Namaste 💗
Lovely session thank you :) I particularly enjoyed looking up at my tv at one point and having those beuatiful husky eyes staring straight into my soul! I miss my husky, lost him last year, whenever I did yoga with him in the room it usually resulted in him "helping" and us play fighting and me laughing a lot :) excellent soul mates are huskys! xx
Thanks, Candace. I feel excellent now. Making these videos... it's such a nice thing that you do for others! Also, jumping out of Crow Pose was new and fun! And thanks, puppy, for keeping everything level.
Sarah Ferrigan You'll get there, Sarah! Keep practicing. This may help: yogabycandace.com/blog/2013/8/15/how-to-do-crow-pose And you can also pop by the YBC Yoga Forum (www.forum.yogabycandace.com) where there are a bunch of supportive people who are coming together to chat about all things related to yoga. :)
i love this routine but, as a beginner, it's difficult for me. its quite fast paced so i find it hard to keep up but i love the movements! Maybe when I'm a little more practiced i can really get into this! :)
Great video! I've been practicing for 2 weeks daily following your video. You make at-home practices easy and fun. Easy to follow yet challenging. Keep making these great videos!!!
I'm getting into weight lifting and a guy at my gym recommended I do yoga, because it helped him increase some of his lifts. Id like to say I was already in good shape, but you can do things I cant do very soundly, but its teaching me I can be better! My lifts have been improving too!
+Thomas Bacon Yoga is such a great complement to weight lifting because it helps improve flexibility which will impact your range of motion for your lifts - especially if you're into olympic weightlifting. Keep up the great work!
i just found your channel, and i truly think you deserve a lot more subscribers, you have so many great videos. and also, a calming voice. :) so grateful for you.
aliz v. You're so kind! So glad you found our channel - please feel free to share with friends you think might enjoy, check out www.yogabycandace.com for more in-depth yoga stuff, and if you ever have questions or want to make a video request you can do so right over at forum.yogabycandace.com :)
This was exactly what I was looking for. The sequence was great, and the soothing tone of your voice kept me feeling very connected. Thank you so much. I am subscribing now and checking out some of your other videos.
I've been following you on Instagram and Snapchat for a while now, and just started your videos a few weeks ago- your voice is so soothing and you do such a great job walking us newbies through every single movement! Today was the first time I was able to hold the crow pose! Look forward to your videos everyday after work-- Thank you so much for sharing your practice with us all ❤️🙏🏻
+Morgan James Oh Morgan, you're so kind. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a sweet message and let me know of your success in crow pose! I'm so happy to hear the vids have been helpful. xo
I love you! I haven't done yoga in 5 years and I went to a friends yoga session last week and it reminded me how much yoga feels awesome. I wanted to find a good instruction video so i can do it at home. Your videos are perfect, I have been watching your video and participating every morning and I feel great!! Thank You
+Cameron G Thanks so much, Cameron, for the kind words and for taking the time to leave a message. We also have an app - just search 'yogabycandace' in the App Store (no spaces between the words). Hope you enjoy!
All these years later... still one of the best yoga videos on yt!
Ohhh so kind, thank you!
Thank you🌸
Thank you so so much for taking the time to leave a message and sharing your feedback. I appreciate it.
I loved everything in this video, the poses, great instructions, but without excessive talking. great work candace
Thank you, Valeria!
i agree, i think it could be perfected if the there was more time to listen to and apply the instructions before another move... yoga should be slow and calming but trying to keep up was the biggest challenge.
Agreed. It is exactly what I am looking for!
The dog.
I love these older videos of yours! I come back to them often. I really notice a difference in my strength. They are simple but creative flows. 😍
By far the most attractive yogi on youtube; the dog and voice made the stress from finals melt
Evan Black You're so kind! Thanks, glad you enjoyed!
Love Candace. No distracting music and she gets right into it. No chatter chatter....Thanks girl!!!
You got it!
This has been my first ever yoga video in 2020 and I have been doing yoga every day since that day, today I found your video again and yes. You are the best one, suddenly I remembered why I got into yoga in the first place and it was because this video made me feel so good,!!!!

You're so welcome, thank you for practicing with me!
This has been my go to and the one I've shared for years! Thank you very much for this!!
It's an oldie but goodie for sure :)

+Millionaire Hoy Thanks for letting me know - have a fabulous day!
This was a wonderful 30 mins of strength and stability. Very calming voice and good pace. Loved it!!

I love these Classic Candace practices. It's like there's a simplicity to them that's just about feeling good. The dog is just enjoying the chill vibe!
I love your videos. You are so calm and your talking isn't annoying af. I hate it when the instructor is suuuuuper excited.
Haha, thank you so much! I get irritated with a teaching voice that's too velvety-woo-woo, so I just try to speak in a soothing way without being *too* out there haha

Sometimes I just skipped this pose but few days ago I just heard from you or read that if we have problem with something then we probably just need it and should practise that much more so I did it today with you without thinking about failing and I really did it correctly! Bravo to me, thanks to you! Namaste.
+Oli wia YAYYYY! This makes my day! So happy to hear!!
Thanks!
I love this!! I follow your instructions everyday. I love the positions, the voice, the pace - and the dog in the corner! Thank you! Greetings from Denmark
+Matilde Alstrup Thanks for practicing with me, Matilde!
you're welcome! I have one question: I dream about having your beautiful dog in the corner of the youtube-video! What kind of dog is it?? What breed?
I really enjoy your clear instructions, Candace! Grateful to have such a free yoga video. Thank you!
+soulchild I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed this! You're very welcome.
this is the best vid of this length Ive seen so far, first time I try yoga this week so ive been doing a ton of stuff just to try it out. This gave me something I can do the entire session as a beginner but have lots of areas to grow to do it smoothly or with the harder options. good job, also I need that dog in my life
slaterohm Great to hear! And I agree, you totally need a husky in your life. Not my husky, but a husky in general :) hahaha
Starting this today! Yoga in the evenings and workouts in the mornings. Im excited!
This video is incredible! It's simple, to the point, and moderately challenging. Really appreciate this. I feel much better now, thank you
Hey Candace
Thanks for such a great session. Looking forward for more sessions like this 😊
Great flow, great poses, very calming voice! Well done!
I usually don't like the typical yoga videos all over RUclips, but this one stood out to me. very enjoyable! thank you so so much for this ❣
+molly walker Thanks a lot, Molly!
Thanks for another fabulous practice Candace, and thank you for sharing your beautiful gift with us all. Namaste.
+April Nerat You're so welcome, thanks for leaving a message :)
I enjoyed this flow. Challenging enough for an older lady but not too challenging. Very calming instruction. Will practice again. Thank you.
+Ariel Paz Thanks so much for the feedback!!
Your videos are great. This is kind of my yoga. Power yoga. I looked very long for it and finally found!!! I do it with pleasure!! Thank you!
+Patra Kar Yay, glad you found it!
This is a great 30-minute practice. Relaxing and a bit challenging at the same time. Thank you!
I use several YOGA videos after strength training. today i used yours after running a crazy 10km race and having my body sore and tired... the video was great, loosened my entire body! loved it!!! THANK YOU
Thanks so much for letting me know!
I love everything about this video! Clear instruction, beautiful colors, graceful goddess, nice pace and even the awesome K9 vibes. I feel stronger and happier after this 30 mins with you! Thanks a zillion. :-)
Lisa H Awesome, Lisa, I'm so glad to hear! If you want, we also just released a (free) app - just search yogabycandace in the app store :)
Good for you for pushing yourself to get through it!!!
This is the best yoga video I've come across since I've started the practice. Thank you for being so detailed and for explaining the breath and the foundation of the poses. Namaste 🙏🏾
Namaste, you're so welcome

You got it - new vids every Tuesday or Wednesday :)
Thank you for this Candice. I'm working towards doing Crow without falling over. I might never get there but I am enjoying the journey.
You got it! New videos every week!
Perfect for me, not too fast not too slow, with great stretching yoga postures, thanks
Thanks so much for the feedback, Ana!
Candace Your instruction is excellent for helping me understand the poses. Thanks you.
