Dear Patrick, I practice this every two weeks altering with what you upload weekly and over two years I find I can follow along quite okay. Floating and hopping is still a superhuman mystery, but I love this! THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!
This is an excellent challenge video. I give myself 6 weeks to get this one. Found this great quote which I think goes with this video..."Freedom is always on the other side of discipline" I'm going to set my arms free!!!
So true about the breathing, sometimes we forget to breath for be focus in hold a position! This really was a challenge! Thanks, thanks, thanks !!!!! This is a great way to continue growing! :)
That was awesome! Week 1 of your videos for me, every day absolutely loving it! Can feel how much more flexible and easy my joints are, no more burning sensations in my knees when crouching... Keep up the good work brother!
This was amazing ❤️ I started doing yoga like 6 months ago.. I could barely do what u did in this video at that point of time.. And today I could practice more than half of it.. Thats quite a strength and improvement... Thank you so much for this video.. M on my way to improvising and make better my practice..u were great.. Thanks, thanks, thanks ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏
Wow just wow. Have always thought of yoga as boring. Heavily into my weights but this is as good if not better, I managed the crow on the third day of doing this and the elation was akin to passing my driving test, I am fairly muscly so it is not that easy, but at the end of this I am pumped more than when i do weight training. Thank you Patrick and Carling. Next step the hand stand!
I've been doing this video for about a year. I can now do this entire video without modifications, yet I still cannot even get close to doing the handstands DURING the workout. Anyway, thanks for helping me get my upper body back in decent condition. I can now do handstands pretty easily. Edit: this video was my physical therapy after a surgery left my upper body atrophied. Thanks, Patrick, for helping me along the way.
this was hard for me, couldn't do all of it the first time, but if I tried it six months ago I would have stopped after five minutes lol great lesson though, I'm gonna come back until I can do it whole without struggling
Until this video, I was critical of yoga workouts as most of them gave me enjoyable stretching and progress but this one really did a number on me. Great work, man!
great class, more challenging then some heavy kettlebell routines... i also like the 20 minute core challenge... is there a 20 minute leg challenge with the same intense level? thanks!
Thanks a lot Patrick for everything you do for us 🙏 If I may suggest, for people like me not hearing very well, it would be great to wear a portable microphone: that would improve tremendously the audio quality of your voice guide. Really appreciate everything you do ! Thanks again
As a somebody who has done yoga for several years very impressed by the gymnastic style yoga practice. I would like to comment that the alighnment of the practice is not purer, a rounded back in down dog for example. Very good strength practice. 👍
Hi u are awesome. Love this class. Will work my way to getting stronger arms. How do you breath in yoga? Is it inhale through the nose exhale through the nose? I get confused how to breathe in yoga and in Pilates. I'm new and would like to start properly.
That plank sequence at the end got me good! Awesome class, thank you. I find holding the low plank for 5 seconds quite sore on my elbows and shoulders. Do you have any suggestions for this? I can do press ups okay but holding the position is awful. Thanks for your help :)
i was having a lot of elbow pain, but putting more force into my hands, while it was a tougher workout, did give me a lot less elbow pain. Hope you are feeling good!
This guy is unbelievable! I too love Boho Beautiful and Kino Yoga. Anita Goa and Chad Rough are also great yoga trainers. All of these trainers were instrumental with regaining strength and stability after my 2 strokes in 2015. There was also a ballet trainer (Alessia, of Lazy Dancer) whose channel helped me greatly. CELESTE
Wow! I'm already struggling at 03:32 .... Not my level (yet?). I feel like I should just keep practicing this short vinyasa at the beginning for a while and hopefully progress towards the following minutes... (03:57 being my goal - but that's gonna take FOREVER!)
Wow! great! Patrick... Imagine I would do Yoga exclusively. Do you know pulling motions for the upper back? How could I built them into a yoga practice? so I probably could merge my Calishtenics with Yoga finally so I have not to separate them... All the best, Norman
Was not expecting it to be that tough until the hand stands and crow pose! I can barely do crow pose, will definitely have to revisit this one. Will probably have to modify the hand stands with head stands as well. Right now I can do head stands only with wall assist. 😳
Thank you! This felt more yoga like than some of the yoga practices that incorporate specific muscle groups for results. I am a slightly underweight female who has next to no arm strength, so I was glad to hear it was a challenge haha. I did do most of it though, but couldn't do the 10 side planks that was too fast for me! Must have been the involvement of balance. I'll get there with the push up type stance as well...with time :)
Hi! I have been trying to perform handstand for a quite some time.... but I am not able to do till now... can you pleaseeeee upload a yoga video to perform everyday in order to build the strength and stamina for handstand? Thanks a lot... ❤
Hardest yoga video I have ever done!... but by modifying a few steps and catching my breath with child pose, I ws able to finish it! Thank you #namaste
I find that when I try to do the crow pose, my arms can’t handle the pressure of my knees. I do have skinny arms so not sure that’s the issue or if I’m distributing the weight incorrectly. Any tips?
damn I couldn't do the handstand part and for the crow pause I tried but I wasn't able to hold it so I was doing crow pause repetition ^^ Thank you for sharing excellent challenge: I think one of the reason I find it extremely challenging is that I do it "follow along style" and so I'm not breathing like I should be
came back for the third time to this practice and for the first time was able to hold 15 seconds on each side in bakasana, feeling of satisfaction keeps motivation to torture this body haha Thank you ;)
Everytime I try this workout my hands end up hurting really bad and I can't continue. Anyone know a solution or reason to this? (Mainly my lower palm hurts most)
Great challenge for the arms indeed! However, i found it quite hard to keep up with your fast instructions and could not focus on the breathing at all while crunching my neck peeking at the video because i was not getting any useful pose tips. Btw, the release feels muuuch better if you try to keep b o t h shoulders flat on the floor.
Patrick Beach you had a yoga vid 2 years ago it was called something like "Yoga Before Handstand Practice" it was like 10-15 minutes long. Maybe around 4 3-4. End of the video I'd feel the burn in my forearms and it would get stronger
I could only go about halfway and could no longer keep up after around 10 mins. I started to feel some tightness and pain in my wrists around that point especially when I tried to do crow pose. I'm concerned whether that weakness will be helped if I continue doing this workout or will I just aggravate my wrists further?
My question would be how the fuck can I get to the point were I can do this, not "what can I do with my already strong arms"... I will use this video as a challenge tho :)
Dear Patrick, I practice this every two weeks altering with what you upload weekly and over two years I find I can follow along quite okay. Floating and hopping is still a superhuman mystery, but I love this! THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!
Could you please produce a beginner version of this arm strengthening video?
😳 my face when he did the first hand stand.
Bruhhhhh
Me too 😂 I was like oh heck no. I'll work on that lol
ahahah i didnt expect as well i was shocked!!
That was a monster workout, first time so couldn't do everything full out but will def keep trying !!! Thnx Patrick :)
7:01 BYEEEEEEEE. Maybe some day
The quarantine made me come back to this video! Amazing practice! Thank you!
This is an excellent challenge video. I give myself 6 weeks to get this one. Found this great quote which I think goes with this video..."Freedom is always on the other side of discipline" I'm going to set my arms free!!!
Yes!
so... did you get it done?
looks like I found my new favourite yoga channel!
So true about the breathing, sometimes we forget to breath for be focus in hold a position! This really was a challenge! Thanks, thanks, thanks !!!!! This is a great way to continue growing! :)
thanks for taking the time to practice with me
Dude you're awesome. Immediately subscribed after completing this video. Look forward to mastering it.
That was awesome! Week 1 of your videos for me, every day absolutely loving it! Can feel how much more flexible and easy my joints are, no more burning sensations in my knees when crouching... Keep up the good work brother!
That is so challenging. I love it. Thank you, Patrick!!!
Incredible video! Please do more like these!!
So challenging, and yet so rewarding. Thanks!
I keep revisiting this video to strengthen my arms, and it works like a charm. I hope you get a fast recovery on your foot, best wishes!

You just got yourself a new subscriber! FAV YOGA VID EVER!!!
Awesome. I kept up with you, but the one-sided crows and the handstand just show I have ways to go. Great video. Great teaching. Namaste!!!
this was hard for me, couldn't do all of it the first time, but if I tried it six months ago I would have stopped after five minutes lol
great lesson though, I'm gonna come back until I can do it whole without struggling
Awesome. Sweatiest sesh yet! Thanks!
It's refreshing to come back to suffer / relief on each minute of this rad practice. Thanks Master, peace 🙏
Until this video, I was critical of yoga workouts as most of them gave me enjoyable stretching and progress but this one really did a number on me. Great work, man!
Awesome workout! That's what I was looking for. Thanks!
Amazing.... Patrick the best.
I want to do this sequence live with a class! When are you coming to Brisbane Australia?
great class, more challenging then some heavy kettlebell routines... i also like the 20 minute core challenge... is there a 20 minute leg challenge with the same intense level? thanks!
This guy is cool and fun! Crazy workout, btw :D
I Never liked yoga until recently. Now I can honestly say I just love the benefit.
Thanks a lot Patrick for everything you do for us 🙏
If I may suggest, for people like me not hearing very well, it would be great to wear a portable microphone: that would improve tremendously the audio quality of your voice guide.

Thanks again
Soo challenging, love it
Can we build muscles by doing yoga only?
As a somebody who has done yoga for several years very impressed by the gymnastic style yoga practice. I would like to comment that the alighnment of the practice is not purer, a rounded back in down dog for example. Very good strength practice. 👍

Wow that was intense in a good way! Going to make my own challenge doing that
Brush that is intense.. I stopped at 7 minutes for today. Work my way up
Thnks a lot. Thought i had enough arm strength....not until i followed this video,am sweating hard bro, thnks💪💪
Really challenging - so much room to grow thank you!
Thanku so much I did it today and it's really gonna help me in my yoga 🥰
So good, thank you for this!
Thank u 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 it was amazing work out
This was definitely very hard for someone like me with so many sports injuries, but enjoyed it nonetheless! Thank you very much!

i think you're gonna be my third favorite yoga channel after Kino yoga and Boho beautiful
This guy is unbelievable! I too love Boho Beautiful and Kino Yoga. Anita Goa and Chad Rough are also great yoga trainers. Good thing is i went with you all the way to the last childs pose. Was a great challenge....👊👊
Well, THAT was humbling! I just learned my upper body is so weak even though I lift weight several times a week.
Thanks for your tutorial
I have to be here as per the schedule🙏🧿
Thank u Patrick 💎
Kick ass. Loved it and Nailed it except the hand stand part
Wow! I'm already struggling at 03:32 .... Not my level (yet?). I feel like I should just keep practicing this short vinyasa at the beginning for a while and hopefully progress towards the following minutes... (03:57 being my goal - but that's gonna take FOREVER!)

❤
Wow, that's so intense! Whoever thinks yoga is only for girls needs to watch this. They won't last long!
Thank you Those videos are awesome
This is very challenging! But I will proud of myself if I can do this someday!
I am unable to do side crow . Your video is helpful . I will get there for sure ....
I don't see this in other yoga videos where they show how to warm up your wrists. this is a good note.
Agreed! It helped my wrists not to ache and usually they ache more
This is so good! Wow. I def subbed this channel. :-)
Hardest yoga video I have ever done!... but by modifying a few steps and catching my breath with child pose, I ws able to finish it! Thank you #namaste
I'm doing a 30 day yoga challenge and so far I have done one of his videos every day. Today is day 15 and this was hard!! I love the challenge though!
Felt absolutly amazing afterwards! (especially after a night out lol)
my arms are on fire pumped 10 times more than after gym session!!
Irbisae oh yeesss😅👌👌
I find that when I try to do the crow pose, my arms can’t handle the pressure of my knees. I do have skinny arms so not sure that’s the issue or if I’m distributing the weight incorrectly. Any tips?
How many time at week i could do this exercises?
What should you do if you can't do the handstand part? or what are some positions to do to in order to work towards being able to do that handstand?
just skip it, don't worry about jumping to handstand going to the top of the mat, just hop or walk your feet to your hands!
Would like to know too
Patrick and Carling thanks
we have a few videos with tips for learning to handstand, just check through our uploads!
Thank you very much.. Namaste..
damn I couldn't do the handstand part and for the crow pause I tried but I wasn't able to hold it so I was doing crow pause repetition ^^
Thank you for sharing excellent challenge:
I think one of the reason I find it extremely challenging is that I do it "follow along style" and so I'm not breathing like I should be
I'm proud of myself for making it to the end, but I had to do some serious modifications after 7:00.
do you workout with weights or do strength work also? (non yoga)
I also want to know this. I assume he does for some reason
Do you do other sport or train with weight? Or your body is so amazing only with yoga ?
wow.. love it
I let the biggest gasp out when he did the handstand. Anyway.. subscribed :)
came back for the third time to this practice and for the first time was able to hold 15 seconds on each side in bakasana, feeling of satisfaction keeps motivation to torture this body haha
Thank you ;)
Everytime I try this workout my hands end up hurting really bad and I can't continue. Anyone know a solution or reason to this? (Mainly my lower palm hurts most)
listen bro i m suffering from soclioses can i able to do this exercise
master the inhale and exhale techniques its freshen up your mind and body
Great challenge for the arms indeed!
However, i found it quite hard to keep up with your fast instructions and could not focus on the breathing at all while crunching my neck peeking at the video because i was not getting any useful pose tips.
Btw, the release feels muuuch better if you try to keep b o t h shoulders flat on the floor.
Patrick please put a arms and shoulders challenge just like the core challenge
chatarunga is so hard....hard, all of this is so hard. but worth the challenge. ASWESOME
Will this yoga help in losing flabby arms? I have stubborn fat around my arms. Being a girl its so embarrassing to have huge arms.. Plz reply me
awesome routine that isn't too long
Patrick Beach you had a yoga vid 2 years ago it was called something like "Yoga Before Handstand Practice" it was like 10-15 minutes long. Maybe around 4
3-4. End of the video I'd feel the burn in my forearms and it would get stronger
I want to keep doing that video 10 times a day
your voice is so melodious
I could only go about halfway and could no longer keep up after around 10 mins. I started to feel some tightness and pain in my wrists around that point especially when I tried to do crow pose. I'm concerned whether that weakness will be helped if I continue doing this workout or will I just aggravate my wrists further?
counter the pushing motions with hanging on a pull up bar or gymnastics rings, it will make a huge difference
@@patrickbeachyoga will try this. Thank you for the tip!
Thank you
Wow so awesome 😍
me 20 minutes ago: oh this looks fun :)
me now: bro WAT kind of WITCHERY was that?!
Great vid.
😩 I can't do this yet... any recommendations for how to get to this level or do I just keep fail-trying anyway?
2nd time, I can get through it 😊 not all the way of course but I can make it through. jeje, imma keep trying
you can try working and practicing with kino yoga she will give a head start
B browny yes with kino 🌹❤️
Lots of strength training!!
Keep coming back to it. I have just managed 10 seconds in crow for the first time! It’s taken a while to build up the strength and balance.
Very intense practice, but I made it through till the end. I just have to work more on my hand stand pose, and also endurance. Simple... 💁🙍😛
Love it ... brutal ... but love it .. thanks and Namaste :)
you make it look so easy . .I feel like my Arms are too weak for arm stand and crow pose :(
I think that's normal. The hand stand wasn't at all something we had to do and even crow pose was an option and there's a lead up to that one :)
My question would be how the fuck can I get to the point were I can do this, not "what can I do with my already strong arms"... I will use this video as a challenge tho :)
WELL DONE!
