I’ve used this video at least weekly since it was uploaded, and I still feel relief when I hear Patrick say, “...taking a simple moment for you”, as I know I’m then off the hook!
I hate doing Patrick core practices because they are always such a KILLER !!! this one was no exception, and my core is starting to feel a lot stronger!!! Thank you, the pain is worth it
I am loving this challenging practice🥰 I have been feeling lost these days, I practiced less than I wanted ‘cos of circumstances, felt tired. I feel I am lifted up again. Thank you so much, Patrick🌸
I love doing yoga and all types of body weight exercises. I needed to step up my game and bring my workouts to the next level. Patrick’s videos have definitely given me the challenge I’ve been looking for. At 52 yrs of age I can say I am capable of doing things with my body that most 30 year olds can’t. You keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll continue following. Forever Young!
hell yeah. This video is just awesome. I love how activated and strong my body feels after this. Will definitely include this workout into my daily practice. Thank you!
I followed this with your “20 minute strong hip opening flow” Besides feeling open and strong in all the right places, my low back feels at peace Love your classes
Great video.. Thanks.. In many yoga videos name of downward facing dog aasana is wrongly used. In sanskrit this pose is named as mountain pose (strong like mountain)
Thankyou Patrick Beach . First i was try this practise so hard . Until i was prastised and practised now i can do it althought not really good . Its amazing for me i can do it 😍
WOW! Just the challenge I needed...I really felt myself engaged when doing the tuck-ups. I got forearm stand down, now I just need to get on my handstand practice
Wow, this was so much harder than the usual practice I do (Cat Meffan)! But, I have subscribed as I should push myself with the hard practice as well as doing my usual flows wih Cat's videos.
When you find relief in the planks you know you're in over your depth 😅 I'm determined to handstand with confidence so I'm going to suck it up and try to stick with this
That was a very hard challenge, for me and the wife, it might be that we are both 66 years old. Could not do the hands stand and found some of the floor work challenging but we enjoyed it thank you.
Thanks for killing me haha. Had to take a few small breaks but made it through. The core is definitely one of my weakest muscle groups - great to have something to work on though! Great video, thanks!
Great practice, thanks for sharing! Just what I was looking for. I like it that its really challenging, but you keep it going in a steady flow so those 17 minutes felt like 10 to me (and yes, that's good thing before the first coffee :D )
I play professional basketball just tried this video for the first time right now. I do the 10 minute power yoga and 7 minute core challenge quite often. I am on the path of mastering my body and I know my core is the key to doing so. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the world, your yoga sessions are a key component to me becoming the best person I can be. Any tips you have to help me get my hips flexible and core strong I would love to hear your feedback!
Patrick and Carling, thank you for your videos! I would love to see some pranayama videos, on RUclips all nearly lost pranayama videos are poorly filmed, long winded or just not good at all. Please could you fill in this RUclips blank space record some good quality pranayama, thank you ;)
I really REALLY enjoyed this practice. Thank you so much for the amazing videos. Can't wait to practice with you for real in Chi town.....6 days!! eeek!
hey patrick awesome bro just that hand stands are kind of tough but i would love to see for long drive sitting in the car for 12 hours every weekend do have something for that .
I am currently looking out for some serious core yoga training that goes way beyond that standard criss-cross-workout in terms of intensity and complexity. I like your video as inspiration, especially the one feet dynamic planche stuff is really nice core work and can be adjusted individually. What i have to comment whatsoever considering some of the viewers might be complete newbies to yoga is the form of one exercise. His form might be due to the fact that he is commenting constantly, but -as i said- newbies might simply not be aware of this. The Split Lunge Stretch, e.g. at 15:01. During this exercise you are not supposed to bend your lower back like that. That is the fallacy when taking your arms above your head as support for the stretch. Never stretch your whole upper body like that. It will have no benefits regarding the original purpose of this stretch (hip flexor). And even worse, it can eventually lead to pain and injuries in your lower back. As you read and watch more about yoga you will recognize that hip positioning is a HUGE part of yoga training philosopy. So put simply, while doing this stretch, never lose your hip tension, keep them squared and dont bend your lower back.
hey patrick ! Im a yoga teacher from Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. I watch all your videos, could you do some yoga video focus only on the psoas muscle ? Thanks ! Keep going :)
Awesome video, really love your stuff. Any tips on how to begin hand stand moves... Should I do them against a wall? or just attempt and accept that I fall?
i love this video, only thing is you already have strong core thats why you can elevate your body into handstand..better make also videos for strengthen the core, really tips to strenghten core ..
No need to copy every single move if we can't yet. We just have to adapt to our level. But this whole routine is great for "really" strengthening the core...
This was a challenge for me(beginner)but it was great. The first time I could do my crow for this long.Only one question, why dont you use clip on microphone or ports because like your voice is quieter and much further. But great anyway and thanks.✌🏻
Ok.....I'm experimenting with eating meat Sometimes!!! Lol I know it's taking SOoooo long to get my way of being down. I NEED a breathing exercise for my marathon Training!!! Maybe Carling is going to show up doing some?
I wanted a bit of Yoga for the night, but not too lax. But THIS will be something to come back to when I'm soaked in energy and ready to kill my abs and shoulders 😂 Nevermind. That handstand needs to be great before I'll try it again. but I tried 😅
I’ve used this video at least weekly since it was uploaded, and I still feel relief when I hear Patrick say, “...taking a simple moment for you”, as I know I’m then off the hook!

I couldn't even push through the first 4 minutes. And I have been gyming for a year! This is a reality check.
This kicked my butt....Going to try it again. Thanks for the great workout.

Great class to fire up the body and start the day, will be ending my morning pratice with a more fluid /stretchy flow. Gracias.
