I could do my practice with Aly everyday. Perfect voice, clear directions, great flow. More Aly please!
We couldn't agree more-Aly is amazing.
So happy to see people practicing Indian/Hindu traditions (such as yoga, meditation, etc). Indians have been practicing this for thousands of years and it’s starting to get spread to other parts of the world 🙏
This is my go to video when I don’t have time to get to the studio. It is short and sweet and helps me from going through yoga withdrawal!
Never did yoga before this pandemic. I do a class from home every day now. Ally is very good: personable, efficient, and a good instructor.

“Balance is your ability to have compassion” wow that is a powerful statement. Thank you. Lovely practice.
Does anyone else just feel light as a feather after this practice? I love how I feel after doing yoga.
Loved it too!
Yeah especially when you’re high as a kite
I feel so light afterward. This is my first yoga practice. It’s a amazing!
Yes, that’s the magic of Yoga.
I enjoyed this video because you clearly explain the technical parts of each posture. So many videos just assume you know the distance in which your feet need to be apart, etc, which doesn't help if you're unfamiliar with yoga. So, thankyou! I also liked the mention of having compassion towards yourself if you are struggling with your balance, it's so easy to get frustrated, but that was a nice reminder. 😊
You area boy
I just got laid off due to COVID-19 and was concerned for my mental health. I tend to get in a dark place mentally when i feel unproductive, so I decided to start using my time to apply for other jobs and try yoga. I had always wanted to learn how to “do” yoga, but never knew how to start. I went on RUclips and clicked the first video I saw (which was this one) and tbh, I feel so much better and it’s only a 20 minute video!!! I’m going to be coming back to this video every day so I can memorize the whole routine. Thank you 💕💕💕 Also, I loved how she mentioned somewhere in the video to not criticize yourself - it was as if she was reading my mind! I love how she truly made you feel like you were relieving stress and gently reminded the audience to take a deep breath and not take it so seriously. It’s so easy to self criticize yourself and give yourself a hard time but she really made me feel better. Great video!
Hang in there because some days will be easier than others. I learned years ago when I first started doing yoga that nobody is really good at flexibility, strength, balance. It's part of why it's so good for us because we learn to accept our weaknesses or liabilities along with our strengths. And some days are just better than others anyhow. But it is great for your body and great for your soul and great for your mind. I started doing this series during this Quarantine as well. When I finish I'm just going to start over again. I can do yoga on my own but it is not as beneficial as being part of something bigger than myself. Namaste.
As an extreme beginner with buldging discs, this one was particularly good for me, and allowed me to take things at the rate I needed. It made me feel wonderful. Thank you very much for this video.
Wow... hit every spot! And for someone who has an extremely sort attention span.. this was perfect - I’m committed! See you tomorrow... and thank you!
This is not a yoga, but a type of fitness.
The true really yoga is not limited to simple physical exercises, but also to an adequate concentration, perceiving the energy flow amplified by the asana executed and energetic balancing of the chakras, to awareness and to many others.
In addition, some important aspects are not to be forgotten: basic yoga notions, preliminary yoga techniques and preheating techniques, eventual contraindications, and more.
There are other youtubers who really know how to do a yoga session. For example Give a google search: yogacoretoday.
However, Ali Maz's fitness practice must also be noted.
perfect class to start my first day of lock down at home due to the corona virus. Will check in every day
Agreed!
I am doing the same thing
This gave me a good laugh
Pam Platt god bless you Pam.
Doing the same
I love what you say Ally about the 20 minute class sewing your body back. You are amazing teacher. Thank you for the yoga!!🌷

Following these classes from the far south of Patagonia. Love Ally´s lessons!
Just started with her yesterday. 58 yrs old and this is exactly what I need. I like how matter of fact it is. No extra fluff.
My first yoga class. I found it a bit intense for someone who has never practices but that was fun and I didn't force myself to make the exact same pose (to avoid hurting myself with a bad stretching) but I tried to challenges myself here and I think that was a good first attend! Thank you!
Have been doing this workout almost every day for 2 weeks and already can see a MASSIVE improvement. My posture is better and my flexibility is amazing. At the start I couldn’t even touch my fingertips to the floor whilst standing up, now I’m able to reach my head to my knees. You’re an angel thank you so much 🧘♀️
This is my favourite routine so far! Once I practiced this routine several times, I start to incorporate this routine as part of my day, with me being my own internal instructor. It connects me with my breathe and my mind so much!
Hi, thank you very much for this video! I used to do a lot of yoga after a difficult foot surgery that left me with nerve damage in my foot and ankle, which then caused imbalances in my hips and SI, I had stopped working out all together. I feel like my once strong and flexible muscles turned to stone. I really appreciated this video as a low pressure introductory to get back into yoga. It didn’t ask a lot but I do feel that I already benefited my body and started to unlock some things, including my terribly tight hip flexors. This video was great because while I felt I did something, it was short enough to fit in during a quick break in the day. I look forward to building back my yoga practices and helping my body recover and gain strength, starting with this video.
I'm so glad this flow was exactly what you needed to help you get back to your practice. You'll be feeling better than ever before you know it.
-Caitlin
Love this flow! My go-to every time I need quick reset.😊
I love how ally starts off the class just being in the moment. It makes a big difference to relax. Thank you
Love how you weave philosophy into the practice so we can apply it in our daily lives
Thank you Ally! This is a wonderful, grounding, relaxing way to start the day when I'm too busy to get to an in-person yoga class. You have a real gift for teaching yoga. Keep up the good work!
I have done gymnastics in my youth 4-6 years old
played soccer 5-16
cross country 15-22
running my while life
triathlons in my late 20's
Training for half ironman in my early 30's
never imagined yoga will get me . Its absolutely tough . Its my new challenge. thanks for the class, I'll keep rocking your classes once at a time since we got a quarantine with the Corona
i do this flow almost every morning. always just what i need.
Michaela. 🤩😍💯
This is my go-to flow! Short & sweet and hits all the body parts🙌🏼
I do this every day. Perfect for busy people. Thank you lady, namaste!
Agree it was the perfect length still enough time to feel like you've moved in a playful way!
I followed along and loved it. What a feeling I have every time I do yoga. I’m considering allocating weekly time for yoga classes because I actually love it ❤️
I keep coming back to this practice. Try slowing it down to .90 and it's even better.
As someone who has literally never done yoga before (but is kind of athletic) I really appreciated this video. I was able to follow along with no prior knowledge. I never intended to do the whole thing but I can already tell I'm going to have to do this again. I feel so calm right now.
Hey Ashlee,
It's great to hear that you are going outside of your comfort zone and trying new sweaty pursuits, such as yoga. Be sure to check out our other inspiring yoga videos on our channel when you feel up to it!
-Cam
@@lululemon thank you I definitely will! I woke up this morning surprised I was sore. It wasn't exactly the most intense workout I've ever done. So I did it again today to help with the soreness. I think yoga is the only thing like that. To combat the soreness do the exact same thing again. 😀Love that.
I think next time I'll try a longer class and see how that goes. I've got the 60 min class qued for tomorrow.
I find when your body moves in new ways, you're always bound to experience some muscle soreness-and I totally agree, the best way to combat that is more yoga. I can't wait for you to try a full hour class, your body will love you for it.
-Sydney
perfect morning yoga on my first day working from home due to CV19. Thx Lululemon. Namaste :)
Yo I'm
Still one of the best yoga videos I’ve ever done. This is the one I send beginners that want to build a regular yoga practice!
We love to hear it, David-we're stoked that you and your students are digging Ally's practice.
Ok, so I'm coming back here to leave this comment.
The other comment I left here 9 month's ago was when I had first started yoga, here, with this video.
I can't begin to tell you how life-changing yoga has been for me, and not even just physically. (Don't doubt it until you've tried it for about two weeks.)
And this video was a really great start to that journey.
I mean, I've found a lot of great video's, but none of them have quite matched up to this one. The attention to detail, the flow all strung together by this breath. This yoga video really made me feel like I was coming home.
I guess I'm just putting this comment here as a thank you to Ally Maz, and this channel for even making this video a thing.
It truly is an experience and I hope it never, ever gets taken down.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled your yoga journey started here and that Ally's instruction was so impactful. Here's to your yoga practice continuing to grow and to the growth ahead.
Im about to do this. My only question is should I smoke a bowl before or after?
It's actually not good to smoke marijuana before yoga or working out
Yes
Ciig working out yes I agree, yoga depends on the person, but I HIGHly recommended trying it
using pot for meditation is amazing but everyone is different
Before and after works pretty fine 😂😂
Omg love her. The class was amazing. If you are looking for a quick 20 min mid day or at the start its amazing. I don’t comment a lot only when i really really love it. And i did really love it..
I have been doing a "hard" workout instead of yoga - Yoga has been my go to for several years.. Today I said - I need some yoga - only had a little time. Rolled out my mat on my deck before work _ thank you sun rise at 6:00 - and enjoyed this beautiful class. Could not have felt more blessed. Thank you so much Aly! Perfect start to a perfect day! Namaste.
Beautiful practice. Just what I needed this morning!
This was awesome! Short, to the point & just what I needed. I love the calmness of your voice.
perfect pace! I feel accomplished, not like a loser who could not keep up the pace! Just perfect! Thank you!
I found this over the weekend and have done this flow the past three mornings before work. I'm so happy with how I feel starting each day and I can feel the difference in my core already!
Hey Becky,
I love hearing how this flow has become a part of your morning routine. Keep up the good work!
-Sarah
ally is such an amazing instructor. thanks to quarantine for inspiring me to do yoga at home and discovering her!
Yes I found the quarantine to be a great thing as well.

Thanks for this!! I havent been practicing for over 2 years bc life just got in the way. But am ready to go back to simplicity and get myself back to practice and peacefulness and show myself some love. I really enjoyed this routine! I want to start this at least once a week!! Thanks again for sharing the joy!! 💗✨
Hey Jessie,
Thanks for sharing the love on this Vinyasa yoga practice with Ally Maz. I know that Ally loves to hear how her practice supports the community, so we'll be sure to spread the good vibes with her directly.

I love this video. I have done it every morning and I feel great! Thank you so much for creating this content. You don’t really understand who you are impacting but I appreciate it.
I feel like you always get the yoga you need - it’s weird how that works. This was exactly what I needed. 🙏
I love how you explain the benefits of the posses during the class. thank you!
We can always count on Ally to have our backs.
I just started doing yoga Today after a severe ankle injury/surgery in 2018. I LOVE this flow! I did 15 years of solid yoga daily and I didn't realize how it helped every aspect of my life until I snapped every ligament in my L foot/ankle/lower leg and was told "No weight AT ALL and no stretching" Thank you for creating such a fabulous easy-ish flow. Ahhhhhh I feel lovely.
I'm so happy to hear you loved this flow and connected with yoga, Bustahh.
-Stephanie
This was great! Now that I'm working from home every day during COVID 19 I am doing yoga at home every day and this was perfect! Will look for more videos with Ally! Love her!

This was perfect! You go slow and really remind us to breathe and how to breathe through the movements. Since i can’t go to the gym, I’ll be back for ‘bedroom yoga’. Thanks!
Thank you so much! You gave me a positive start to a challenging day x
Your video has done wonders to stitch up heart and body over the last few weeks. Thank you for sharing your practice.
Namaste 🙏 thank you for the practice ^_^
I actually feel so calm, i had anxiety this morning so i started following this video my first yoga video i will definitely be doing this more
Hows your anxiety now? Is yoga helping?
The Scholar thank you for asking ,i havent had anxiety in a while (lots of things involved not just because of yoga) but yoga did play a part of helping me calm down after an attack i havent done yoga in a while but when i did i felt more in control of my feelings during and after following a video
@@chawpeas5592 thats good to hear. im trying to do yoga along with other healthy lifestyle changes to help with anxiety and health overall. i hope you continue to stay healthy. namaste
The Scholar i wish you same for you :) theres these natural chewys called "rescue pastilles" that helped me as well as far as activities that worked with anxiety for me was just working out and yoga
More kitchen nightmare reviews! This was golds
Beautiful! I love the sewing detail you were talking about!
After half a year of too much neglect towards my body I was way more stiff than I'm used to. This was very eye-opening as well as comfortable, after I accepted my current level of mobility. I WILL try this again soon to see if it's gotten easier after some excersising and stretching. :) Thanks.
That's great to hear, Devi. We're always here if you need some extra motivation.
-Kelsea
Love it
I love how ally just start off the class by being in the moment. Thank you ally.❤️
Great instructor! Really enjoyed this morning flow.
Thank you for helping me feel less stressed and ready to start my day. The instruction was great and appreciate the chance to challenge or not.
This class looks like the perfect end to my stressful days. I can already feel the relaxation.
I’ve done this several times - thanks to COVID and working from home I now have a yoga routine. Ally is a great instructor also.
Love how I feel after first vinyasa yoga session I feel more centred more grounded so thank you so much.
I used this post flight to get some movement back in my body when I was feeling jet lagged. It was perfect for that! Thank you
Hey there,
I'm so happy to hear we were able to lend a hand in stretching the jet lag away. We'll be sure to share these positive vibes with our content team. If you have any other feedback, we're always here.
