This is exactly what I needed and I'm excited to do it again! It was a tiny bit too fast for me because I love to really feel the stretch. I just slowed it down to .75x and it was perfect! Made her voice even more relaxing too :)
Thanks for the 0.75x recommendation
Instablaster.
I'll have to try that next time. It was a little too fast for me as well but I felt great after!
Came here to comment that I slowed it down to 0.75 as well haha
Poses were good and I also agree the video in its original state is too fast and her voice over is not in sync with her actual poses. I felt rushed and always not in sync when she changed poses bc the voice and visual didn’t match up
Loved this! I wish it would’ve been just a tad slower, but I had some serious shoulder pain after pushing too hard at the gym and this cured it immediately!
Just wanted to thank you for the practice. Yoga really helps with my severe depression and doing it with you just makes it that much better because you have a calm soothing voice and go through the moves at a pace I can keep up with.
Oh wow, thank you so much for letting me know. You made my day.
Oh yeah when The husky was in the back round was the perfect moment for the scene. it added a very sweet and calming touch. Excellent video. Truly helps the pain in my upper chest from years of over exercising.
Good morning Candace!
This is my first time doing your yoga routines and just did this one after my morning upper body strength session! Feels so good! Thank you so much! I can't wait to do more! Have a wonderful day! :-)
One of my favourite practices . Perfect to end a workout with and i always have a great day after doing it x
Good morning Candace! I love this class so much! Just did it again after my morning workout! Back, shoulders, arms, and legs feel so good! Thank you so so much! Have a wonderful day! :-)
I've done this sequence well over a hundred times over the past four years.
I've tried many other videos of similar length over that period. This flow, along with a bit of foam and lacrosse ball rolling, is the best bench press prep I've found!
love your classes beautiful, slow, clear instruction
Thank you for your kind contribution. Love your videos ! I'm feeling so positive after doing this yoga exercise:)
I always have a great deal of stress in my shoulders when I wake up, so I love to play this video and finish with open rested shoulder muscles. This is my GO TO video! Thanks for everything you do!
+Alexis Newton Honored to hear that, Alexis! Thanks for practicing with me!
Well Yoga has reached the whole world. .... A proud Indian..
Thank you Yoga by Candace, great morning flow to start things out right.
I've tried numerous stretches and yoga videos to alleviate my upper crossed syndrome and I can already tell doing this routine daily is going to decimate my tight muscles and pain. I'm eternally grateful, thank you!

One video lead to another and now i've been practicing yoga with you for over an hour. you are awesome. thank you!
Euni Puni So happy to practice with you! :)
I am from India and learning yoga and it's really good seeing your yoga moves. They are so smooth and serene. Flowing just like water flows smoothly and softly. Thank you for sharing this video. 🌸
I just got into yoga for stress relief and yours were the first and now only videos I use to practice yoga. Already after four days I feel way more flexible, less stressed and more mindful of my breathing and posture. My bulldog seems to enjoy watching, too :) As a dude, I think it is natural for me to have a little less flexibility, but hopefully that camel pose will be a reality one day. Great vids Canace, thanks!-Chris
Really loved this one!! I think many chest and shoulders yoga flows often contains really challenging poses but this one felt just enough!
Awesome, Frida! Thanks for the feedback!
One of my favourite video on your channel !!
Thank you for such a beautifully relaxing flow.
Beeing a fitness trainer who was constantly stiffing his body this sequence helped me to open up my chest, very fast..I can finally raise my workout to a new level, start to feel my body and understand meaning of flow. So glad to find this video, thank you.
Awesome, so glad this was helpful!
Thumbs up, added to my playlist. Just what I needed for my raging headache.
What beautiful scenery, & your dog looks like a magical wolf ;)
Thanks so much, I hope your headache has subsided!!
Thank you so much ,I was having some chest pain and this helped ♥
I'm so glad to hear this was helpful, Karina!
Great video with no unnecessary chatting!! Thanks for posting x
+Donna Rowntree Thanks so much for the feedback!
Thank you. You've helped a guy recovering from daily chest pain post surgery. I liked how the most difficult and painful exercise is last, otherwise it would've been demotivating to continue. One piece of feedback that I would suggest is putting in a couple extra neutral positions (child's pose, downward dog, etc.) in-between to allow a beginner to catch up on following your movement.
Hey Alex, so glad to hear this was helpful to you!! There's a method to the madness. The reason we do the most challenging pose last is because hopefully, if I've done my job, I've warmed you up enough for the body to get into the pose safely. It's called the peak pose. :) I was taught in training not to do poses like child's in between deep backbends, as it can actually be really tough on the spine. Laying on the ground in savasana should be ok though between poses, but too much folding forward and backward can be tough on the spine. Hope that helps to clarify :)
@@yogabycandace i trust u girl 👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻

I really enjoyed it. It opens my body so good ☺
I'll check your other videos .

This was such an amazing practice! Thank you so much. And I never knew that about camel pose, but it's so true, I feel immediately happy right after I did it, and then I felt like crying, so crazy. Anyway, I love all your videos, but this is one of my favorites. Namaste.

Omg this was so blissful thank you angel 💜💜💜🙏
Candace,
I love your videos!!! Would you consider doing a yoga video for middle back pain? I have found that these videos are difficult to find. Most focus on the low back or upper back/neck area. I have significant pain in my middle back/thoracic region. Thanks so much and I appreciate your videos very much!
Jennifer Brown Sure will, Jennifer! Stay tuned over the next few weeks (I'm currently in Morocco leading a yoga retreat so I'll be home in my studio to film soon!)
Your downward dog is beautiful!!! Also, your dog dog is pretty cute
You did an amazing job on this video! Thanks so much for sharing :-) Namaste
Erika DeFrancesco Thank you so much, Erika! I appreciate the kind words. Would love to get to know you over there - www.forum.yogabycandace.com
This video is a huge painrelief and opener for my neck and shoulders, thank you!
And the "wolf" too, amazing :)
My baby!
Neat location! Thank you for the video, Candace :)
Great video, thank you. It really helped with my tight anterior delts and chest muscles. And of course, the best part…. Your husky ❤️❤️❤️
I love your puppy dog!!!!
Your really good at yoga! If maybe you can include more shoulder and chest openers on your next video would really help a guy like me who is stiff in those parts. Thanks for considering!
this is great, I have found your videos the best for my style as a beginner and all of your flows work so well. I have very poor/no arm strength for arm balances any advice. I have just managed to hold crow for 2 breaths but thats my best.
Two breaths is a great start! With crow especially, it's important to have that core strength there, so while the arms are important, the real heroes are the abs. Try the core sequence on my blog www.yogabycandace.com (just search core sequence in the search bar on the right and it'll pop up). With practice, it'll all come together. :)
Thank you, Teacher. Namaste.
love the Video ..
Needed this for my chest.. I feel like my Chest is getting compressed, Because I work as a Call Agent almost all day (every day)
During Weekends - I'm a Snowboard Instructor
_All in All_ We all have to take care of our bodies ;)
_Greetings from Bosnia_
Oh no. I hope you have a plan to get out of the call center as soon as you can. I used to work as a Call center agent and it wrecked me. I see this was from 2 years ago now. I'm sure you're out by now. I hope.
Still my favourite in this channel
Namaste. Thank you for your practice, sister.
You're so welcome, thanks for practicing with me!
Wow! increidble
You are doing these Asanas nicely.
How did you gain this stretchy body.
Really mind glowing. Thanks.
That was great! I was looking for something to help open my chest and that was perfect.
Yay, so glad to hear this!
I also recommend this video, I've been doing it for three years now every time i need it, as a pill or just for pleasure :) but three years ago i had a couple of benign breast lumps and all my lymph nodes between the neck and breast on both sides hurt a lot, and this yoga helped me both physically and psychologically in times of pain and anxiety.
Did they reduce in size?
Sraddha Rakshit yes, already three years with no problems. But these nodes appear and disappear in time for different reasons, not in my case but in general. It’s good to check our breast at least once a year.
