    WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I had a lot of chest tightness in my 30´s. I knew nothing about these releasing methods and just used to live with it. I had very nasty stabbing pain in heart. Finally I’ve read the primal scream therapy from Janov. I used to scream every day a few times from my belly. And after a few weeks one day it all came out in unbearable pain and anger and sadness. I cried a lot like I just threw up an alien. And my chest felt instantly lighter, like if someone just took off 10kg from me. Then I understood the meaning of "to take something off your chest"
    Thank you

All my bills are paid for the next 2 months with plenty of money to spare. With that being said, and what brought me to this video, is that I'm not really sure why I'm having physical manifestations of stress/anxiety. @@wethepeople5076 I am not a doctor but anxiety can cause all sort of ailments. It could be related to anxiety. It could be gas trapped in that area. Did you have ultrasound of the heart to see if everything is ok? Also you mentioned its been going on for two months so most probably its not related to heart. As I mentioned I am not from medical background so I can only guess bro. Maybe you need to see a therapist and discuss about anxiety. In my case anxiety cause very strange feelings including chest pains so your pain and shortness of breath could be related to anxiety. You need to do two things in my opinion. See a cardiologist. When its ruled out that you don't have anything related to heart (which most probably is the case) so next step is to see a psychiatrist. (Its just my opinion. I am not a doctor but this is the route I take for myself).

@@nancyvanderheijden7572 no idea Ma'am. I am just a regular RUclips user and have no medical background. I do suffer from panic disorder so I feel pressure on chest, pain sometimes on heart area, hyperventilation, Tachycardia etc but they are all related to my anxiety. It happens even when I am feeling not anxious but inside my subconscious things are going on and my brain send thesd signals to my body and hence it reacts. I always advise to have a heart ultrasound to rule out any heart issue. Second step is to see a therapist if you have anxiety problems or else maybe see a gastroenterologist if it feels like trapped gas. I know its a hassle but according to me that's the route to go to. Try to walk and don't eat heavy or oily foods before bed time specially. I wish I could be of more help but I am just a normal RUclips user. Wish you get well soon.

Thank you for this! It's been a rough year. I've had multiple colds plus strep all of which caused serious breathing issues and the inhalers prescribed to me keep causing oral and tonsil infections. So it was really nice to have this video! It made me laugh so hard for all the sounds you made and helped me fall asleep last night when I struggled at first. Will continue to refer.

I will definitely be referring back to this video, Thankyou
