  • This 20 minute full body flow is designed with heart openers, and a nice deep stretch routine for all along our upper bodies, including our chest, shoulders, neck, and upper back. The stretches you will encounter in this, gentle, beginner friendly routine, can really relieve pain, and help cure, fix, or just get rid of nasty tension, tightness, soreness or overall pains in the shoulders, upper back, neck, and chest areas.     This is pure GOLD. My shoulders go through stages of tightness, and yesterday I discovered a new one. Very happy I found this video with stretches I can use at any time.

    Felt so stressed today rushing to work on preparing my classroom for students, and this video was just perfect. Can’t wait to continue focusing this month on ease, Grace, and self-love. Feeling so much lighter now than when I started.
