- This is a 30 minute yoga for digestion video - perfect to do any time of year but I thought it would be especially nice since we are approaching Thanksgiving and the holiday season. This sequence is meant to help as a complement to digestion, but is not a cure. You'll want to see your doctor if you're having digestive issues. This video is brought to you by 2nd Wind Health, who generously sent me their awesome microfiber yoga mat. You can check it out here: 2ndwindhealth.com/collections...

Greetings from Poland🇵🇱 Thank you so much for this kind of yoga. Today i really needed after Easter
Holy cat-cow! I didn't even do the whole video, and my bloating decreased SIGNIFICANTLY! Definitely adding this to the building routine!
Oh that's so great to hear!
Thank you so much Candace!
This was such a phenomenal and needed routine after heavy lifting yesterday. Thank you
The whole practice...***gurgle gurgle gurgle***. Love it!
Thank you Candace, it has been a while since practicing with you. Your YTT (Tenn 2020) changed my life and I am so grateful. Namaste
I love the way you combine the physical practice with calming the mind. Thank you so much!
Starting the 21 Day Yoga, Meditation and Journaling Program today! This yoga practice was just what I needed. Thanks, Candace.
This has been so helpful during some recent digestion challenges. Thank you!
Very nice sequence and excellent instructions in your wonderfully calming voice.
10/10, you're so calming and assuring to listen to
Thank you, Candace. Just a perfect sequence for the body in cold VA this morning. Namaste 🙏❤
Winter is coming! Rainy and icy here today!
This made me feel so good! Thank you Candace!
Thank you so much, this really helps aid my stomach, and my 11 year old daughter
Such a beautiful flow and ease to this video!! Thank you for reminding us the importance of relaxation and care the body needs ♡
Thanks for the kind words!
Just what I needed today. Thanks Candace!!
Hope it's helpful!
Takeaways from today's practice with this (awesome, but I am repeating myself) video:
1. If done properly, this really works! My typical morning nausea is gone! And the soundeffects my stomach created were fun as well.
2. If your core is sore this feels great because of all the stretches.
3. I can use my favorite side to get up from Shavasana 😍 I thought there was a specific purpose for getting up over the right side so I always did it even though it hurts my scoliosis.
4. The guys next door start their renovations at 9:30 a.m. Make sure to not still be in Shavasana by then.
5. I am hungry now. Excuse me, while I go eat my smoothie bowl.
♥♥
MMMM smoothie bowls!
Hi, Candace! Great video as usual! I have a video idea for you: maybe you could do a practice for great skin or rejuvenation? A video similar to going to get a nice 'facial'? One that we could add to our weekly playlist to improve skin. That would be awesome! 🐶👍
Thank you, great sequence!
You're so welcome! Glad to hear you enjoyed!
Great practice! Thank you 🙏
You're so welcome, thanks for practicing with me!
You be reading our minds Candace😂also I really like your outfit!
Thank you, Christina!!!
The universe was intertwined with my shuffle after that Christmas dinner I had. I loved how my belly felt so smooth on my thighs during that modified cat cow.
Q: When you say lengthen, what am I telling my body to do? Stretch more? Pull out further? Straighten?
Depends on what the pose is. Generally 'lengthen' will mean to find a bit of a stretch, depending on what pose I'm using it in. :)
Very nice
🙏
Fun fact, candace, the tongue actually rests on the roof of the mouth, and not the bottom, like one would assume. Crazy, right? 😅
