    Hello!This was the first online yoga flow where I have been able to do the whole routine. 2 years ago I had a snowboarding accident which left me paraplegic. I can only move certain muscles in my legs so I can only really do seated poses. I have been doing yoga but it's so much nicer to be able to follow instructions rather than making it up as you go along! I will definitely be coming back to this. ✌🏻️

    Loved this class! The teacher, the scenery, the music - all combine to provide a very soothing and peaceful time on the mat.
    David is such a gifted teacher- He has the best voice for yoga- so calming, centering and relaxing- I could listen to his voice all day long... just very soothing- it is one of a kind - a true gift to all of us yoga practioners. Namaste.

    I suffered from chronic lower back pain for several years and had extreme tightness in my hips. I am a Yogi and I’ve done yoga since the year 2000 but I’ve never had such a dramatic change from doing a practice.

    One of my favourite practices. I do have one question about one of the last poses (the one when you pull one leg in to wrap your arm around it and grab your other arm from behind your back.). This pose is very intense for me, almost too intense for my current flexibility in that area. Would using a strap to connect my hands be an acceptable tool for working myself into this pose better?

    your yoga videos are the best. just a perfect pace. not too fast and not too slow. You describe everything so well, I can do the pose even without watching. you are wonderful. The location is gorgeous.

    Dislocated my knee back in August and I have been getting back slowly into practice using a chair. I watched this to see if it would be something I could do. I like what you do here - going to try. Thank you.

    i twisted my ankle a little a few days ago, its not severe or anything but i knew that going to my regular yoga class was gonna be bad for it since we do a lot of poses that are standing and require ankle strength. i want it to heal but i still crave some yoga so i looked up a sitting yoga class, found this video and loved it!! Thank you David!!!

    This is the first time I do this practice (between other ones from David) and I really loved the way we work different parts of the body. I just feel so relaxed.     That was fabulous. I was looking for a yoga video with relaxing music, filmed outdoors, without all the annoying chatter and preamble in so many videos. This was absolutely ideal. If I could suggest anything it would be that you narrated the video so that what we are doing mirrors what is on the screen. In any case I will be introducing these poses to my post gym workout.     Wonderful. Thanks. It set off my Amazon Echo about 5 times during the video. The last one was at around 40:50 where she responded "The tallest building is the Burj Khalifa". :) Your " and exhale" sounds like "Alexa"!

    Good instruction and nice variety of poses, but this could hardly be considered a FLOW class; it was a series of individual poses, with no natural transitions between them. It was simply pose A left then right side, then pose B left then right side...... There was no fluidity or flow to it; it was start and stop, repeat other side, then start and stop, repeat other side. 😕

    Jeez all the ones where you have to pull your ankle to your hip and twist in a bound pose etc are so hard when you have 28 inch thighs 😂

    My body craved backbends towards the last 3/4 of this class -- this was a lot of forward folds. Excellent pace and voice, very much enjoyed it, I just had to add in some backbends to counterbalance the practice.

    how can I do the sitting and stretching in the first few minutes of the video, without getting pain in the knees? I am doing this for months, but nothing has developed.

    That was a great seated practice.. next time I'll pause for long holds in certain poses, but great intonation and pace... i can feel the blood and chi moving around my hips..

    excellent workout very deep stretches followed by deep relaxation corpse pose I actually fell asleep This was great for me I fractured my foot and cant do standing yoga

    Thank you , a nice practice.This is goung to be my saviour for the next couple of months or so- I broke my leg which needed Op to pin it last week and broke 2 fingers too . for someone who trains daily either yoga, HIIT Gym aswell as walking my 2 young Husky pups for hours every day I already have "cabin fever" afte 1 week . You have no idea how much you are saving my sanity -thank you

    Thank you David, my back/hip hurt for months and I can't really afford a doc. So I gave this a try and even though I can't stretch nearly as far after 2 weeks I am now pain free.

    This is brilliant, thank you. As someone who works offshore, often on vessels with significant motion, I have to remove all balance poses from my routines. This is a great alternative that will keep me limber when I cannot work through stronger poses.

    Thanyou for such a good 45min seated yoga.Not able to stand long this is a breath of fresh air and feeling able to get some relief of a stiff body. I have made my way through your yoga on offer.This is always so good to try as its not always possible to get a great stretch yoga session without standing. I will sleep well rested.
