020221 - I’ve done a lot of your classes, most have been fast. I am starting to prefer slow flows, I feel a great buzz afterwards but a lot more peace than after the fast classes. It’s true that slow requires just as much strength as the fast. I just prefer the end result. I know you are not physically with us any more Lesley, but I like to keep talking to you. I believe your spirit lives on. Thank you, namaste.

Love the slower flow! The slower the flow the more I feel it. Just wish more instructors would do slower flows without a hundred fast sun salutations! To me, slower is more about yoga and not about an aerobic workout. Also better time for alignment and less chance of injury.

Amen. I came here because in so many 'beginner' videos the fast moving vinyasas are killing me. I think I can do each part..I just can't transition that fast, and I am trying to make sure I get the form right.
The slower pace in this video was just what I'd been wishing for. Sloooow chaturangas are especially helpful to me because I'm trying to build strength and get off my knees in that pose. Someday. Thanks!
Still love this video. "Slow is real" and to me, it's a great way to build strength while leaving time for these old bones to switch from pose to pose.

pretty good class, wasnt as difficult as I was worried it might be, still give it a 7.7 / 10 for intensity as it can get a little sweaty.

I can't be the only one that changes which foot and hand I use first. Sometimes I do whole videos doing the extract opposite as Leslie, and other times I will mix up which leg I start on in different sequences. I don't want to be stuck in any movement habit, I like to keep it all fresh!
The power of slowing down! I had a big laughter when you said “it doesn’t mean an easy flow” . Yes, it was a sweaty but lovely practice. Thank you again Lesley, you’re the best!
Slow is not always easy 😅
At first, I thought slow would be boring, but this was just the perfect balance of slowness and challenge. I've committed to do 45 min of yoga every day and these videos have been great! I'd love more vinyasa flows of this length, perhaps one with lots of neck and shoulder stretches, as I've been struggling with pain in these areas lately.

I absolutrely freaking loved it. I equally appreciate your adjustments that were short and to the point. It was just enough to allow me to think quickly, process and settle into pose without a lot of unnecessary talking. You even stop talking for a few seconds which is so important for the breath work accompanied each pose. That is what i look for in a practicioner. Thank you sooooo much.

Did this one after day 74 of the 90 Day Fix (my favorite of your yoga programs). The slow flow was wonderful; I think it's actually harder as you have to slow down and think about what you are doing! Thanks Lesley and Duke!

Love love love this slower flow! I've been going through YogaFix90 again for the last 70 days or so, but over the weekend I went on a breath work/yoga retreat, so I took a little break from that series. Today I wanted something mellow but still challenging and this was perfect. I was really able to concentrate on my breath and I felt so focused. You rock, as always. Thanks again. Namaste!
