Aah ! Another beautiful practice ! I am a bit challenged when it comes to coordination and I find doing circular flows really helps me be more tuned in and focused so I don’t miss a side and flow with wrong legs!!! 😂 Thank you for this sequence , sending you love and gratitude 🙏🥰

You’re so kind! Thank you! I’m humbled to hear that has been your experience x my rule of thumb is to move in a way that feels easeful and that becomes my experience in my body during and after yoga. Move harshly or overwork and the opposite is true. Being as mindful and present as possible while practicing allows me to continue to observe, adjust and listen to how I move and what feels ok / not ok. Took me many years and a severe arthritis condition to work this out ... but I’m comfortable now with doing less and prioritising longevity and savouring the good feelings from a practice that is so good at nurturing me.
