It's incredible how many benefits you get in just 20 min of this practice. I suffer from lower back pain also mainly due to a seated job and after doing this practice everything disappears! Thank you so much

This felt especially great for me after an intense leg and back day. My lower back was so sore I couldn't even get through a series of Bent Over Barbell Rows yesterday, so this was a great relief for me. Namaste my friend.

Thank you David. This is perfect. My goal is to complete this everyday. I have surgery 9 months ago and everything had been great. However, the last month my back has been giving me pain and spasm. I completed this and another video yesterday and it has been life changing immediately. I know the surgery worked but i think sitting and not exercising has made the area weak. Just 2 sessions and i feel amazing. Therefore, this will be my daily routine.
Absolutely love your videos... Simple and to the point ...easy to follow.. I may struggle with some poses and grimace at times but I certainly feel the benefits the next day.. Thank you!!

David, I’m doing a 50k walk in May for MS, my daughter was diagnosed last year, and though I’m doing it slowly, my hips are getting very stiff. I’m 73 yrs now and have a few issues with back of skull, neck, arthritis on the right and knees. I have been doing yoga for 20 years and enjoy your videos so much and wonder if you have some advice for me. Much appreciation Lizi 🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🙏
Nice class ...just felt rushed running after u with so many information and directions at some positions ur other classes I felt much more relaxed ......
Far to fast if you have a dodgy back, from about the third pose I was racing to keep up with the practice I had to make quick movements to find out where you were and it strained my back. Not therapeutic at all.
I can’t praise this man enough, I’m a dermatologist and I follow this man for few months, and hav3 recommended him to my orthopedic friends
