Just started working at a bakery, the movements we do is felt straight in the lower back for me so this was wonderful and well-needed, thank you Kassandra.

My lower back got real tight after a month of working out (running, squats, cycling) and working at my desk. I've been doing this practice every day for five days now and my back feels a lot better. It's not 100% but I"m sticking with this practice as the results so far suggest it'll keep improving. Oh and it's really relaxing to do which is great! Thanks!

It felt so decompressed and the stretching part of it took the pull of my hip and SI joints. Absolutely wonderful and would do it again when my hips/back/SI are strained. Thank you!
Positively phenomenal, for some reason my back was really hurting. I think I did to many downward dogs yesterday. This really helped big time. I normally don't use my block, but today it really helped. I will be back n do this again soon. Thanks, Corena M Elmer Elk River Minnesota

Tractioning the low back bent over while grasping the elbows is a totally unsupported position for the abdominals and can be petrifying to attempt to do for someone with adhesions, old disc issues, SI joint restrictions, QL imbalances. In other words there are hundreds of other choices to safely lengthen without out triggering fear or possibly causing another injury with an unsupported spine in this position. Choose another, please! Namaste🙏

I feel some relief from my sore lower back but even more rewarding was the meditation this practice allowed. I feel calmer than I have in a while!
