Recently I have not been keeping well because I was diagnosed with Crohn's and I have severe stomach ache and bloating, sometimes flares due to which I feel really weak. It feels good to hear back my belly making noises and being alive. It is the video I have followed that goes the deepest into twists and guts or maybe it is because I have just done the yin yoga for backbends video before and my back twists far more! thank you for all your wonderful videos
I love your yin videos. This is the first time I try it for digestion as I felt a bit uncomfortable in my stomach. I really feel a lot easier in my stomach and as a unintended consequence, it’s touching on some poses which are really helpful to my lower back as well. Thanks! 🙏🏻😘

spring into yoga challenge day 27: GREAT video especally if you have like a me a very sensitive and bloated intestine :) The music is just perfect, the flow of poses and timing too. One of my favourites so far! It is crazy how much one month together has ran fast! I am not doing next challenge as my body needs variety and balance in the exercises like this challenge.You have given me so much to think and work and experience with my body that it will be good to choose alone what I need too. I find Yin yoga quite difficult but this particular routine really got to me, the poses are super relaxing and it was easier to find space for the breath, I enjoyed it very much and just wanted to thank you!

This is wonderful Kassandra! Thank you for taking the time to give explanations to the different positions you lead us into. I am so tight I can hardly do the moves, but I can see that in a few months of consistency I will be able to become flexible and relaxed. What would make your videos even better is a lot more smiling on your face rather than such seriousness. And to me, the music has very sad tones to it. It would be even better if you were to choose music that is uplifting and joyful, yet have the same relaxing, peaceful feel. Namaste!

Wow, this was super intense for me. Is it normal to have severe cramp like pains in the resting pose? I really had a hard time to let go and release...it was almost too painful to bear.. .Maybe that's just me being to tight. Loved the challenge regardless

Wonderful practice. At the start of the final twist, I couldn't even get my legs 45 degrees from the floor - I started crying and crying and by the end of the pose my legs were flat to the floor.
