15 Minute Yoga in Bed

- This is a gentle, total body yoga stretch video that can be done right from the comfort of your own bed. For this video, I'm in Kansas City at the Raphael Hotel (www.raphaelkc....) in a gorgeous room that they generously put me up in for our Fall Yoga Workshop Tour. For this video, you will just need some pillows, which we will use as props that will feel great for anyone dealing with tight hips or restriction through the low back. This video is meant to be done first thing in the morning to help start your day off on the right foot as you awaken your entire body. Hope you enjoy!

Day 2 of 21 days of yoga, meditation and journaling! I started off with a guided meditation and the Speedo gentle yoga stretch video, worked on the prompt for the day, and then eased myself into this feel good practice in my comfortable bed. I am feeling so grateful for my practice and spiritually connected. Thanks, Candace!

Just what I needed today
Skip the intro, go straight to the point, so ppl kan start the video, adjust the volume, and immediately close their eyes and begin. And find a slower pace to talk, soothing tone. It would be awesome.
