Yoga in Bed for Total Body Wake Up

- This yoga in bed video is a gentle, quick stretch you can do first thing in the morning. We'll begin with a short centering to clear your mind, and then start the sequence off with some gentle neck and shoulder stretches before moving into side body stretches, front body stretches, and hip and leg stretches. I’ve been doing this video every morning for awhile now and I thought I’d plateaued but then I slowed the speed to 0.75x and it’s a whole new world. It’s a bit more meditative and the stretches hold a bit longer. It’s my favorite new old video

Thank you so much for these short videos! I'm recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and these are perfect for me! I did this yesterday with ease and no discomfort, and today can feel some of my muscles are sore, but in a really healthy way, so I'm really grateful to be able to strengthen my muscles again without getting symptoms. try to ignore you are in the middle of florence when you keep repeating it every minutes is difficult but next time when i 'll tap my keyword research i'll add "not in florence" thanks for the video
Skip the into talk. First time hearing your intro was OK but find it annoying after that. Bottom line first. I dont want to hear where you are or what noises are going on in the back ground. Bottom line I want Yoga, a great work out and mind set. Not your stuff. If you real must explain put that information at the end of the video. That way I can watch the yoga portion of the video on.

Jeeze Annette yoga is about showing gratitude , a little would be nice for Candice taken the time to make the vid in order to help others benefit. I was just about to add a comment mentioning how the noise did distract me and was asking if Candice was aware. Other than that I wanted to say it was a lovely little sequence... Namaste 🙏
It wasn't even a long intro... Also, you could be less imperative in expressing your criticism. It's your personal opinion and everybody here respects it. But that does not give you the right to tell strangers what to do, just because you think they are doing it wrong. I didn't mind the beginning sequence at all. It gives me time to find a good position and get ready
