Sometimes you want to stay IN bed and do yoga. This is MY personal morning routine sequence that you can do under the covers. Follow along on your iPhone or tablet and let me know what you think!
ALSO - I filmed this "in bed morning routine" in a new format...more a casual follow along format than some of my other videos. These stretches are easy and hopefully accessible to everyone. Let me know if you like it!

When I feel lazy to do morning yoga...😁like today. Perfect.
This is a wonderful morning stretch but boy is it a little quick and loud for me right out of bed! I slowed the video down and watched it at .75 speed which was perfect. She still sounded normal(not talking like a sloth lol) and the music slowed down as well. Also, the stretches got longer which I like as well. I like to wake up gradually, not jump right in with loud noises and a quick pace. This video is perfect after slowing it down. It will become part of my routine. Always followed by Brett's morning yoga.

Woke up this morning and made my hubby do this quick one with me.
This released so much tightness in my hips and lower back! It also made me feel a bit energized and inspired me to go for an early morning walk. Thank you so much for the video! I'm slowly but surly learning Yoga and bettering my health overall, and your videos definitely help me with that! 💜

One thing - I wish I would have known before I started that you would use a strap. Since I love using one, I hopped out of bed to go get mine; but it would have been great to already have it on hand. Still loved the routine. :)

This is really great. I'm a dancer and I'm usually stretching after school but I have lanver tryouts soon!! This is such an awesome and easy way to help improve my flexibility!! Love it.
just got done doing this this morning, I am the laziest riser in the world so this was perfect for me to get a little stretch in and slowly wake up. there is no way I'd have the energy to hit my mat and go all crazy at 6am. thank you for this video!!!!

This has given me the ability to do yoga. With a poor sense of balance it has been impossible. I no longer ache as I get up to make coffee and start my morning. And I'm now feeling full of energy so I started going for am walks. Thank you kiddo for your help

i love this class! i have chronic upper skeletal pain, so there are days when my spine and ribs hurt too much to do a full-body yoga sequence. this allows me to stretch out my legs and energize myself without worsening my upper body pain. love your channel Brett! Namaste💜

Well didn't have a belt and im in a bunk bed pushed against the wall so couldn't do half of it but i tried lol and all the other poses I could do fine and they worked!!
You can use a lot of different things in place of the belt, get creative 😉 Thank you for practicing with me!!

This is the first yoga video I tried. Less than 10 mins and in bed, perfect! I follow these videos regularly. I explored other similar instructors but they don't go into detail and describe everything that you're feeling just how Brett does, this is ideal for a beginner. Thanks Brett!

You can always buy a yoga strap to keep in your bedroom and still clean up your bedroom! lol....I have a yoga strap in my living room, but need to buy one for my bedroom now as well as I don't want to have to always remember to bring my yoga strap into the bedroom. Personally, don't want to use my nice belts for yoga and possibly stretch them out!
I still feel the stretch on the hip without strap

The whole strap business ruined it. Made me feel like I was unprepared when all I’d wanted was a nice few yoga minutes to help me get moving.
