I have to say, this has been a revelation for me. I'd never had any back/spine/neck problems in my life until an accident last year. Since then I have had a constant twinge (or constant fear of a twinge) in my lower back, particularly when exercising. After about 5-6 days of doing this sequence every morning, my back is so much better. It's not perfect (I'm 44 so probably never will be again now!), but so much better, and enough that it's freed me from the anxiety of hurting it again while lifting weights. Great stuff, thanks.
My 7 year old daughter and I did this together this morning for the first time. Looking forward to many more mornings like this! I very much enjoy your videos and am excited to take on my first challenge series!!

This was a little more advanced than other morning sequences on RUclips. Definitely a good stretch and wake up. I'm going to give this one another shot when I'm not so stiff and have been practicing more in the morning.

Thanks, Brett! This is great. I've been waking up 15 minutes earlier to fit in 5-10 minutes of yoga in the morning. Even a short amount of time helps - my whole body has been less stiff and more limber! Love your videos!
That was perfect. I'm so tight, as I'm all about lifting weights in the sport of Body Building. I am too lazy to stretch in the past. I've dedicated the first moments of my morning to some movement for my body and a short meditation. I don't have a lot of time but this sequence is perfect for waking my body up and truly helps improve my day. I've been doing this one and the 15 minute one for Greatist for two weeks now and am really enjoying it. Thank you! Now off to meditate....
