    This is my go to when I need a solid warm up that isn't too slow and I know will get me open and blood moving for whatever I plan to do next. I really appreciate a warm up that isn't as slow and gentle as typical warm ups. For those of us who've been at it awhile and have short time to get moving, Brett does a great job of keeping us safe while getting us loose. Love the handstand kicks at the end to get the upper body in there and get the heart rate up!

    Brett my family and I are on vacation now. I did your eight day detox in which I finished yesterday. I did this a.m. sequence and you, as usual, are phenomenal!!! Thank you for your guidance. I am feeling better each day with your practices!!!!

    I was studying for a huge test, trying to keep my eyes open...I knew I had to take a break. I remembered seeing this video's title, something with espresso. So I looked it up, saw it's for intermediate-advanced but went for it anyway. It was so energizing and fun and I felt so proud of my self for doing it and about how much I had progressed in my yoga practice . So now I'm back at my desk ready tackle this test!     I missed yoga sessions like this. Thank you for making it challenging for semi-beginners. I haven't been practicing yoga very consistently, but encountering challenging yoga sequences encourages me to be more consistent.

    A fun active way to start my day! I’m still learning how to do a handstand & this morning I was able to get up against the wall vs last night my legs wouldn’t cooperate. Thank you for the positive vibes!!

    :) the previous 10min fired up yoga is good but too short for me sometimes.this is like the extended version of it and I add the 'hands shaking' part myself at the end,and yes,best espresso I ever had (: thanks!

    My knees kept popping during scandasana... Does anyone have any ideas as to why that might have happened, or any tips to prevent that from happening?
