  • This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow class with attention to side body opening and inner thigh strengthening and lengthening. Not appropriate for absolute beginners but anyone else from beginners with more than three yoga classes under their belt all the way up through intermediate or advanced students should be just fine with this yoga class. As always, move within a pain-free range and remember to breathe fully and take breaks when needed.

Just went to give this a thumbs up only to realize I'd already done that previously! Had the longest, toughest day at work. This was so relaxing, yet still a work out. Exactly what I needed! Thanks girlie!

Thank you so much Candace! I've been doing your videos pretty consistently for 2 years now. Started with your 20 min video for beginners, and now I've tried almost every video! They've helped my physical and mental health so, so much. I avoided this video for months because I found it too difficult the first time, but now it's one of my favorites! Thanks for all you do!

This was super excellent for my sides! I especially liked the side bend where my leg is out to side & I bring opposite arm overhead. Such a neat stretch! Thanks for sharing such lovely flows that anyone can do! What a nice way to start my 2016 Christmas day! Happy Holidays! (BTW: I got on your mailing list & sent you an email from the welcome email. You inspired me to go to my first aerial yoga class!! I completed my first ever handstands & inversion headstand (helped that I was suspended in a silk rope!! Haha!!)! I know what you mean. In Shavasana I was completely gone, not in my thoughts at all. I was imagining tracing the outline of my body and facial features, and then I began to visualize having sand poured over me and it started to flow over my body like water, then Candace said, "Now begin to wiggle your finger and toes..." Couldn't believe it had been 5 mins already!

Candace, I started watching your videos a few months back--it was so hard to find a yoga channel I consistently liked, but I've been happy with your vids! I have tight hips, so this one, as well as the 15 min for tight hips video! Do you have any recommendations for working through the videos, or just whatever feels right? From one young professional to another, I love what you're doing, keep it up!

Either pick and choose based on your energy levels or your goals, or you could follow along one of our 30 day programs. They're all listed at the top of my blog (yogabycandace.com) or if you download the yogabycandace app (just search yogabycandace - no spaces - in the app store), they're all going to be up there within the next week.

Great video. Not enough inner thigh. I find it almost impossible to find a video that opens up the inner thigh and strengthens it. A million hip openers though.

I am a bit confused regarding the savasana.. didn't you say it would be 5 minutes? In the video it was like 1 minute.. was I supposed to stop the video at the end?? Apart from that I really enjoyed it. I would suggest to include a relaxing pose at the very beginning though.

+Reg. W. Sorry, that was an editing error! All other recent videos (within the last 10 months or so) have a full five minute savasana.

Nice sequence, but non stop talking.... gosh, it’s really annoying.

Oksana Vascege one of the reasons it’s important for her to talk through the session is because some people are blind or may not be able to see well enough to follow closely. Keep talking through your sessions Candace. You’re doing awesome.
