    Hi Candace! I love this and ALL of your videos. My friends and I are in the Navy and have been deployed at a hospital in Afghanistan for the past 6 months and your yoga videos have helped keep us all sane. Thank you so much for everything! I'll tell everyone I know about YBC when I get home. :)

    Whoa. Power is right!! I had a yoga for the brain moment when we shifted while in high lunge & twisted. (I couldn't figure out how the correct way to twist my arms! Pause buttons are magic!) Thank you for sharing your practice!

    Did this for the first time just now- big fan! Exaclty what I was looking for: easy to follow, moderate impact, but good flow and some fun, challenging new moves and poses. Thanks! Bookmarking for later :)

    I found the baby grasshopper pose REALLY difficult. Any chance you could do an instructional video on how to do it?

    I kept avoiding the "power" yogas from you, bc admittedly some of the non "power" sessions are still challenging. I was craving restorative today... but something drew me to this complete opposite... and it was terrific! Now, I have opened yet another new world of YBC, which I am super stoked to try 😜 ❤️🙌🏽 PS - locust pose kills for a first-timer, wow!

    Thanks for sharing this practice! I enjoyed it as a short, laid-back session with a different flow than I am used to from other classes on youtube, so a much appreciated variation. Looking forward to trying your other videos as well!

      Yoga by Candace been following this video several times and was really excited to get my pelvis off the floor, and with control, in locust pose. When I first took this class, I had never seen the pose before, so thank you for the introduction. I also had a breakthrough with dancer's pose, which I think will make it more beneficial for me. This time, I resisted leaning forward, while focusing on getting more length and felt a great stretch in the side-body of my standing leg. I truly love your classes and greatly appreciate your sharing them here. Thank you!

    Hi,
    I loved this practice.
    I am pretty new at yoga but I love it.
    I was thinking to use this video for my practice many times before moving to a new one, this way I will get more familiar with the poses and the flow.
    What do you suggest?
    Thanks Luca

      Hi Luca, I would try following one of our (Free) yoga programs! There are lots of different videos on the schedule - you can find them all on our app (search 'yogabycandace ' no spaces), or on our website under '30 day programs' at www.yogabycandace.com :)

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  8 лет назад

      +Jane Burke For sure, Jane! Power is usually a little slower because you're meant to hold poses longer. Vinyasa sounds like what you're looking for. Give this a try: yogabycandace.com/blog/free-full-yoga-class-for-arm-balances or ruclips.net/video/imCpVm44NAw/видео.html

    Hi Candace, another great practice video. Thank you. I'm 56, male, 245 lbs., no medical issues. I'd like to get down to 230 and reduce my big belly and double chin. I really like your flow videos because I can keep up, your voice is soothing/gentle/quiet, and there's no music. I like Pandora's Yoga station as a background - very soothing. Is there a video of a practice you recommend?

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  7 лет назад

      Hi there! Try this one: yogabycandace.com/blog/2015/8/24/60-minute-slow-flow-power-yoga - it's a 60 minute slow flow power practice. You might find one or two of the poses doesn't work for your level yet - if that's the case, that's ok, just do something else until that pose is over :)

    I love your videos - perfect for those of us who cannot attend yoga classes but would still love to practice! I was just wondering, however, why the cuing is so off? It just frustrates me sometimes when I do not get the cue until you have already fully changed into a pose, so I was curious as to why it does not match up. But wonderful videos! :)

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  10 лет назад

      Hi Sarah, I'm sorry that's happening to you! I think it might be your internet connection or something having to do with the way the video loads because I don't seem to have any cuing issues.... Do let me know if you ever have any requests or yoga questions - I'm happy to help where I can. :)
