Beginner here and I DID IT!!! Was completely out of my comfort zone and it wasn't always pretty, but I got through it! Can't wait to keep doing it so I can nail some of those moves!!!!
This was my first traditional step class in decades. It was so much fun. I will repeat until the moves come fluid and then move on to another of your classes. I’m hooked. OG cardio and some brain stimulation just what this 58 yr old needed. Thank you
I was going to do an hour long class but didn't have the time before other home items that needed to get done. I went for this 30 minute one and used a double riser on it and this was a very fulfilling class. I got a good sweat on and actually did the step ball change for once. I got some great steps added to my calculation today. Thank you!!
"Look what you made me do," I never thought I'd become a Swiftie! Only Chris from CDorner Fitness can make that happen! Loved this class, the choreography, the music (what a surprise!) and especially the pace, 130 BPM! I was enjoying fast basic step until I took this class and realized that the slower pace enables me to be more precise, more deliberate in my moves, safer, and I think I sweat more because of the controlled moves. Perfect pace...not too fast or too slow. Thank you Chris for offering a variety so that we can choose.

I pop in and do your workouts from time to time. What I LOVE is that it is always a brain challenge to learn the new steps, since I am not a regular. Keeping my brain healthy at 55 is just as important to me as cardiac/bone/muscle health. Thank you for these great routines.

I welcomed my third child five months ago, and this was my first workout since welcoming him in December. I have always loved Step Workouts. This is exactly what I needed to get back in to things!

Fun Friday step for me! You are so right about the strength training -- and also you have to be patient with it to really see the results. Just do it and don't think about it and before you know it you have abs, a waistline, a booty to shake, and arms that look badass! Just completed my day 4 of the Mobility Challenge before doing the fun T.S. one again this morning. I also did an awesome arms/abs workout and 90's Step yesterday. I love that you offer classes that give us a full health experience. Along with your very healthful reminders each class. Thank you. I will be adding a contribution this week. This was perfect! I usually do your advanced step...but a tornado woke me (and my kids) up at 5 this morning ....and I wanted something a bit simpler, plus I figured Taylor Swift would keep me motivated! Thank you for another sweaty, great one!
Really enjoyed this - just glad no one else could see me! I did it this morning before work and flubbed a lot of the choreography, but I’m going to go back tonight when I have more time and slow down the moves I missed. I did the alternate moves though which were very helpful!

Was a sweaty mess! Loved it so much! Combined this one after doing a 30 min total body workout. Wow feel so good!! Saving this one!!❤ Also very true about balance and strength training. I use to fall over but now a straight arrow doing the funky leg and so many other moves. Never thought I’d see such a change at 48! Thankyou !
I bought a step today and convinced my self I would do it. This was the first video I saw and omg I loved it. 30 minutes flew by and was such a good workout without being too tough for a beginner! Can’t wait to try more ❤

I am 57 and I haven't done step classes since the 80.s. THis was my 3rd class and I have to confess that my coordination is not the same anymore. LOL :) HOpefully with some practice I will feel confident again. Thank you

I really like the slower paced step workouts so I can get some work in using risers. Saturday step is usually too fast for me to use them so I really appreciate that you have so many options for different levels! Thank you!!!

Love you're 30 minutes taylor swift cardio step aerobics workout it is one of my favorite workouts and it's really fun to and love the exercises that you do to they are really fun and intense and very challenging and you burn a lot and work up a sweat and that's what makes it really fun to workout to especially at home

Great job! I would recommend a weighted vest in place of those dumbbells, try to avoid shoulder injuries ❤️❤️❤️
