    just found you after trying a local online class where the music was just too fast. I used ot do a lot of step and I am so out of fitness right now -= your class is manageable and gives me time for a breather! It is pathetic for my previous level of fitness but lockdown and not being able to go to the gym and play squash etc has piled on the pounds and I need hope! Thank you for your calm approach - very valuable!

    YESSSSS - amazing workout. It says "beginner" but man - if you focus and push yourself - it is a challenging workout. Love it!

    Oh my goodness you rock. I almost lost my life to an injury in my leg gained 150 lb I went from 130 lb to 276. I have went down about 50 -60 lb but now I'm in a space that I cannot lose weight anymore and because I'm limited in my mobility. This was amazing I'm going to start following you hopefully you have more low impact it's a knee thigh issue I almost lost my leg. But I am determined to lose this weight. My husband met me in a size 6 and he stayed with me to size 27 so I'm going to lose this weight. I'm a size 16 now. Thanks so much

    I was at the gym. I wanted to use the step platform but didn’t know how to use it. I pulled up your video and I used your video as a workout session. It was fun and it excites me to exercise since I just started going back to the gym and need to work towards weight loss. Thank you for such an amazing video!

    I began utilising Step Box workouts in my training routines as I feel it is a superb addition to my Kettlebell exercises. This video provided me with progressive variations and encouragement.♥️👍

    I can't do the mountain climbing stuff due to surgery but I'm working on the rest and am trying to do a little more each week to get up to my full 15mins in one go. I enjoy this as don't feel any pressure and can even try the more advanced stuff if I'm having a good day

    I purchased this ruclips.net/user/postUgkxSmDA16smq0C2AlNEjn-rxfI5AxUj6e3a for my standing desk, as I have trouble standing in one spot for extended periods of time. It's a great way to get in a workout while reading emails. I haven't yet mastered the art of composing an email while working out, but I look forward to that. You can definitely get a workout by bouncing up and down (my boss enjoys laughing at me "prancing"), but it's easier in Zoom meetings to use more core control to not bounce up and down so much. I haven't had the courage to do a full-on workout while in a meeting yet, but looking forward to that too!

    I am so motivated
    I saw some awesome step workouts that just looked impossible to keep up with so thats the goal but I'm so glad I found this one I'll start with this one Beginners but still HIIT I need to sweat it feels good

    This year I started my workout journey it has been a lot of UPS and Downs but none theless it did not defeat me I bought A stepper To add to my workouts This is my first video I was confident with each exercise. Thank you 😊

    Hi, is the step you use quiet? I am looking for very quiet or silent model. Any recommendations? I am sensitive to noise and my new plastic stepper is way too creaky. Many thanks! Great exercises btw!

      HIIT naturally is a little more advanced of a cardio type as it raises and lowers your heart rate as a main purpose for its use! You can do it! Take breathers when needed and drink plenty of water.
