I have been on a 4-wk business trip to India where I did no workouts (despite packing my booty band and resistance bands). And then the jet lag waylaid me for a week. I’ve been workout-less for six weeks. I knew the first workout would be tough, so I chose this one - so grateful to find not only a 20-min one but a slower pace one too. Thank you, Chris, for being there and offering all the variations we may need. Time to get back to the routine again and work on getting back to the capable shape I enjoy being in.
Love your beginners step! I did a step workout for over thirty years but like so many used COVID as an excuse to stop (gym closing). I've been trying to get back to it, but most workouts were too much after such a long break. Your workout is perfect for getting back into it. THANK YOU!
Loved this one. I started doing step aerobics in the mid 80’s through the early 2000’s and absolutely loved the step classes. Now 20 years later after finding your channel I’m loving them again. The moves are slowly coming back although now that I’m 66 I’m a little slower but hey I’m having fun. Thank you for reintroducing me to step aerobics.
This was a fun one! First work out since a back injury at work. Just did half and did the more simple steps to respect my body and it worked perfectly! Looking forward to gradually getting back to full throttle with the amazing amount of choice you have given us, Chris. Many thanks!
Over 3 weeks since my last workout .... I twitched my back somehow!!!! And I always cool down and stretch. Probably mis spent youth haha. Anyhow I took it very easy and survived without incident. Very pleasing. Will " do me " for a little while and be kind to myself ... Thanks again Chris for a great workout.
I usually don't work out on Sunday but thought I can do 20 minutes! So glad I did! Easy to follow and still worked up a sweat! It's like you always know what I need
Fast, fun workout! I always sweat more with the slower bpm since I’m using bigger arm movements & sometimes add a riser or a weighted vest. They’re all fun!! Thanks, Chris!!
Just cause this is basic doesn't mean it's not a workout! Just sayin! This was perfect after a full day's work, my mind was tired but my body needed a workout. Thanks for doing this! The choreo was just perfect, not too hard and not too easy!

68yrs old had a heart attack and emergency stent 11months ago.also have spinal stenosis.i use these low impact work outs to support my cardio maintainance progrem. find them fun as well as health improving.symptoms of my stenosis also improved. keep them coming .thank you so much
I can officially state that I have graduated to Intermediate after almost a year of doing your workouts. So why am I doing a beginner easy? And doing it twice. #1. I noticed that my form has been off = my feet have not been fully placed on the step so I decided to do a beginner on the slower side to correct myself every time my feet were not fully on the bench. Then I used the settings speed up to go to 1.25 to perfect both feet on. It worked. I can’t say it enough…Chris, keep doing what you do…YOU are making a difference. Side Note: I figured out why I was not getting my entire foot on the step. I was not bending at the knees enough. I am short. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but oh my glutes.....
Love you're basic beginner step aerobics workout it is one of my favorite workouts and it's a really fun and intense and challenging one to do and I love the exercises that you do as well they are really fun

This is a really nice true beginner step workout with appropriate music speed, clear and easy to follow break down of movements, a nice final choreography put together. Many beginner step classes are not for beginners at all. This is a great one. Thank you so much!

As a 42 yr stepper, I sometimes want a simple 20 min workout. I add risers & it's all I need. Thanks for a fun time.
