- Join us for a 20-minute step and sculpt workout using a stepper and light weights (3-5 pounds). There will be a 40-second timer with a beginning bell and an ending buzzer for each exercise. We will be doing 6 different exercises twice through. If the weights get too heavy you can drop them and still get a great workout!
