Love this workout! Most step aerobic classes have fancy choreography which I cannot follow, but they lack the intensity that I need for my cardio. This workout is easy to follow but pumps my heart rate up. Just what I need. I've been using it about once a week for 3-4 months now, and it still gets my heart rate up. I can make it harder by adding a hop to the step, squatting lower, or raising my knee higher.
It's been 3 weeks with this workout daily. I have begun listening to my body and eating mindfully as I wanted to use this time in quarantine to improve my health. Definitely wasn't easy to finish the whole video in the beginning but it motivated me to push my self everyday. I cannot thank you enough for posting this video, you've been my anchor ❤️ Love from India!

5 days later and I finally did it! So many thoughts. 1. This really got my heart rate up and I stopped a few times for water. Towards the end when doing the quick step ups, I slacked because I was out of breath and instead walked around my step. But I kept moving. 2. I love that I was out of breath! It means the workout us doing what it should. And encourages me to keep at it to see how I improve. 3. The moves were easy to follow! I have been to classes and seen videos where the footwork is complicated. It doesn't need to be complicated to be effective. 4. That "M" move at the end I really liked. 5. If someone doesn't have a step or isn't at a place to use one I think a lot of this could be modified to do without a step. And this with the step this was pretty doable for living in a 2nd floor apartment!! I'm excited to do this one again and I plan to work into a weekly routine as I work to establish one. I'm looking forward to checking out more of your videos and making your videos apart of my weight loss journey!

This is my second day working out and I'm not ready to pay for a gym membership. I decided to look on youtube and I found your video. I am truly amazed at the work you do. I was only able to keep up about 85% of the whole video, but I will be trying this again tomorrow. I love your motivation throughout the whole video and that was the reason I kept going.

258 lbs...couldn't do a lot of the jumping stuff but I modified it. Great 20min workout. Only thing I want to know is...how do you catch your breath during jumping toe touches ? 😬😫😓

I’m out of breath watching you 1/2 way through. I just envisioned myself tripping on the step trying to keep the rhythm to the jumping jack set: jumping jacks on the floor, hop up on the step, jump off to do jumping jacks... I would have been so tired by that point that I would have gotten confused somewhere in that and ended up tripping or on the floor 😂. You are such a beast!! (Of course I mean that in a good way) 😊💪🏾

Okay I have done step workouts at the gym before but MY GOD this really kicked my butt, I must’ve stopped 4 or 5 times! I finished in around 30 minutes. Maybe next time I can finish with not as many breaks. Mind you I am fasting in Ramadan too, so I did this all with no water. I am proud of myself for that.

Watching at .75 speed made this a great beginners workout. Still had to modify some moves tho lol. Will add hand weights for more intensity
