      Keep up the effort!! You can do it. I was overweight as a teenager and it is very hard to do. in 2017 after a lifelong battle with weight I began making steps towards a healthier lifestyle and went on to lose 110 lb. I am hoping this helps both you and I! I still have more to lose.

      Congratulations!! My children started going a lot of weight when mom started working and their dad would order only fast food for them I started to notice it and I bought them bikes and we walk around the track too, I enjoy this trainer too because he is funny 😁 keep up working out you can reach your goal weight 💯

      You need to control your diet first. There is no amount of exercise that will make you lose any fat if you eat too much. Exercise isn't for losing weight, but for strength and mobility. How fat you are is 100% down to how much you eat and the quality of that food. Processed food = bad Natural food = good ; oranges = good, soft drinks = bad. Take care!

      Thanks a lot for this video, I'm also disabled, I stopped going to the gym because it seems Trainers are unable to help when you are disabled. I'm eating healthy, walking and doing some lifting at home. I will definitely try this one.

    Hands down the best lower belly fat workout I’ve ever done & actually seen results! I have been working out for 8 months & didn’t see results on my lower belly until i did this workout!       @@juliebrown4576 yes ma’am! Also just simply walking 10,000 a day has helped me with losing weight in unwanted areas. You should look up some videos on RUclips about how walking has helped people lose weight if that’s a goal of yours too 😊

    I am a 64 year old long time runner. The pandemic left me on a treadmill for my morning workouts. My hip flexors have suffered considerably, so I went looking for something that focuses on those muscles. This is perfect! I'm sure that the effort required for simple walking will also be reduced by performing this workout. Thank you for posting 🏅

    I think it’s important for all to notice you are keeping your back straight and not hunching over. Correct posture is key for great results while minimizing possible injury. Thanks for all you do!

      Always keep your bellybutton all the way in and your shoulders back and down. That will always keep your torso/spine straight

    I am 62 years old. But I don't see myself as older, but I know that I am very week. I just started working out and I realized that I have to start out on sitting down, finding out that I am very week. I just did a workout with you sitting down. Man that was great.

    I'm a 47 yearold fat guy. I had spinal fusion L5/S1 4 months ago. Since surgery, I have lost 30 lbs. This is a wonderful routine. It has become part of my daily workout experience. Thanks, bro! Keep up the good work! 👍

      I had the same surgery 17 yrs ago; same region. Recovery was brutal, but I'm glad I decided to have the surgery. Hope you are recovering well.

      I had surgery after injury 4 years late and has been a brutal recovery…L5,S1 as well. Feels like a fight for my life every single day. Never pain free. I’ve forgotten what that feels like

    Absolutely loved this! So sick the fitness influencers doing the same exact floor ab exercises! So boring! And I don't feel standing abs (I like to FEEL muscles working).     Lower belly fat burn exercises - love this and I love your enthusiasm and encouragement to keep going - thank you for more of these specific exercises. At 65, with hips, knees and arthritis problems, these chair exercises are just what is needed. And of course that lower belly fat which is so difficult to shift despite a good diet!

      I have started hiking now on hiking trails nature trails and loving it. I am doing better than what I thought I would. Doing 2 miles and more a day.

    This actually worked really well for me. I had hip surgery 2 weeks ago and I was able to complete it. I am Partial weight-bearing. So finding a seated workout. It's going to improve my mood and help me lose. The way I gained while I was injured..😊 Thank you

    I do this 3 days a week now during my lunch. Don't sleep on this workout because it is short. If the effort is there, you will be ready to stop once it is done.lol Thanks Donovan! Your teaching is yet another part of regiment which has contributed to about 45 pounds of weight loss now. I was 316, now I am 255 and will be 250 by the end of the week. Thanks again!

    I am 37 and working to get the little bit of belly fat that I got when I was recovering from ankle surgery. NO weight for 1 month, limited for the next month so I gained some belly fat from sitting around! I can’t use my ankle completely yet so this was nice to have a seated workout! Love your attitude!

    That was so enjoyable Donovan. Its a good idea to alternate the workout days ie Mondays arms, Tuesdays legs, wednesday abs, etc. I loved the exercises as it was sitting down and I have some mobility challenges. Well done!!!

      Hi Donavon. Great workout. I currently have an injured knee and back so this was perfect for me-thanks. I would be interested in your answer to that question about alternating this workout so that it is not done every day. From my understanding body parts should not be worked out 2 days in a row but that is only if (heavy?) weights are used. Would love your opinion.

    Great exercise, I can do some insane abs, pull-ups while doing sit-ups, sit-ups while wearing rollerblades, planks, etc.. but my lower abs don’t want to listen. I started this series today and I’ll go Gun-ho on it for the next fifteen days. I’ll keep you posted.

      But this is complete bullshit. Ab exercises DON'T burn belly fat. SPOT REDUCTION IS A PHYSIOLOGICAL IMPOSSIBILITY!!!!! And the comment about heat and belly fat is nonsensical gibberish. The guy is just another common video fitness fraud.

    needed this, approaching 59 got belly fat which i can get rid of its all about discipline and consistency, im in day two, hopefully see results by december or sooner, need to start looking decent in my t shirts, i also do step ups and sit ups on a chair, so im on a mission!!

    I would love to have more legs videos and upper abs. I absolutely love your videos. My daughter told me about them when I could no longer do my hard hitting workouts because of my failing knees. I’m hooked. Keep doing what you’re doing

    LOVE LOVE LOVE THE WORK OUTS I DIDN'T THINK I make it thru but I pushed thru 2 videos going to a 3rd 1 for the day but definitely gonna keep this up for a good month to see how my body feels I can't well I WON'T GO ON A DIET but I have cut down to maybe a 3rd of what I use to eat and gonna hit it hard well at least 3 Videos a day along with wanting a Table ass lmfao need work outs for that lol

    Hi Donovan. Been using your videos for a few times and I really enjoy not only the exercises but your vivacious personality. I am a mature woman in good health (thank God) and mostly a lean shape with weight issues in the midsection. I would like to see more belly fat busting exercises along with trimming the waistline and triceps exercises. Keep up the good job and keep cracking us up!! Ciao.

    This is amazing, I have never been able to do sit ups or crunches without my lower back just killing me. And this was even when I was 24, now I am 43 and this exercize is amazing. I was able to do it with no issue. Thanks man, I have until June 10th to get my abs ready for this outfit for my event.

      ​@@dorothyrichardson3141This is definitely abs. Even more so if you keep them tight while doing the workout. It is our abs that aid in lifting the legs while sitting, not our butts. It would be a butt workout if we were standing and lifting the legs backwards, so I do see where you are coming from though

    I came across your page and was so surprised! I’m on oxygen so I can’t do a lot of things that some people do. You on the other hand make it simple but hard. So I take my time and do the workout. You are a lifesaver! I’ve gained an unwanted 50lbs and I became so disgusted and depressed but I found you and I’m ready to do this with your help.
