Okay after 6 weeks of doing this, today I felt the burn. I do this twice a week and I've noticed my form improves each time and I can now keep up with your pace. Today though...i felt the muscles work. Great job coach, this one is getting fitter thanks to you💪🏾

I had 5 surgeries between 2019 and 2022, bedridden and unable to move around up until late 2022. I’ve tried every kind of therapy and exercise you can think of I put on 67lbs. My dietitician low key, called me out for making excuses for not exercising. I have had some injuries so that was my excuse but he suggested chair exercise and I was like... hold up, I am not THAT old.. I can't be doing chair exercises! But he showed me your videos and I committed to try them. Just finished my first one, gave it all my effort and DUDE.. .my legs are on FIRE! And my heart rate went up! I am going to do it again later this afternoon when I need to take a break from studying! It's quick and simple ( NOT EASY if you are working your hardest!) Thanks!!!
I’m a 55 year old grandma of 4, I’m diabetic, overweight and have high blood pressure, I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired!! I watch one of your videos and a few dozen of over weight woman who got their 💩together and lost a bunch of weight in a year, if they could do it so can I! I have severe arthritis on my knees so I can’t walk too far then I have extreme shoulder pain on my right arm so as I’m watching you doing the exercises you said do them at your pace so I’m doing something I haven’t done in a long time, move my body!! Thanks to you I’m starting to exercise again and my goal is to loose at least 20 lbs by the summer, get a little stronger and hopefully try to loose 50 lbs by the end of the year, GOD willing with your help I’ll do it!!

Don’t underestimate “the chair”. Donovan’s selection of routines, length of time and his enthusiasm was aligned well to get me through and feel like I accomplished positive towards my health. It’s effective enough to jumpstart you before weightlifting (if that’s your thing) or any other activity, it’s effective enough for an afternoon burst or effective enough for an early evening with time to unwind before bedtime. My knees hurt much, the orthopedic doctor gave me shots😱there was some relief for about 2 weeks then I was back in severe pain. I started doing your chair workout and now my pain went from 10 to 2. I have noticed a change in my entire body. Thank you so much. I tried to become a member on the website but I’m having difficulty doing so. My Medicare Advantage will pay for the membership.
that was awesome!! my whole body burns! I work for 8 and a half hours on my desk! have enough time between calls but I cannot walk away from my desk!.. I used to go the gym at least 4 days a week and now I feel am trapped in my chair and my body started getting stiffed.. those exercises literally saved my life!! 10-20 minutes every morning give me the energy to go one for the whole day and they are actually put u in a great shape.. the coach is amazing!!
First 10 minute today…6/3/24 Coming in at 226lb…. By far the heaviest I’ve EVER been. Full knee replacement, Rotator cuff surgery and tyrants shutting down my gym in 2020 have all led to breaking long habits… I’m going to try this for a week and if all good I will become a member. I'm 59, weight 175 lbs. Retired Registered Nurse and had to go on disability due to spinal issues and have multiple, multiple diagnoses. I just happened upon your channel. I've known i needed to exercise. You have to move, to keep moving. If you stop, you wither and die. But what I need is a good trainer to build a routine around my disabilities. I won't be able to keep your tempo but I don't have to...as long as I keep moving. I looked into the chair yoga but refused to pay for something prior to knowing all about the moves. I am in Guam. Equipment is limited bc I would have to purchase everything again. The gym is expensive. YOUR WORKOUT is building my confidence and my body. I hurt my knee before I came out to work and really wanted an alternative to walking etc. Your workouts are just that. I can’t say how excited I am about finding these workouts. I plan to stick with it everyday. I will lose the weight and she’s the depression I put on this year. Thank you so much for caring about people who may not be able to walk around etc bc of injuries. I have weaker muscle tone, ect. however I moved and could no longer find a gym. Recovering from 3 years of DEEP depression! 40+ pounds! Turning 60 in two months... Started to believe my best years were LONG GONE!!! -- Feet problems, knee problems, back problems, asthma! (I thought I was a "dead man"!) -- Last year I started "collecting" youtube work outs, trying one for 1-2 weeks then trying a different one. Never could stick to a routine... Let me tell you, this thumbnail photo caught my eye, so I put you in my queue. (Orange wall, wood floor, healthy guy sitting & punching! I am a *VISUAL* person.) -- Tried the workout today, for the first time... REALLY LIKE your attitude!!! Let's see if I can keep with it for more than 2 weeks... 👍👍👍

Love this workout. I’m used to working out regularly until I got diagnosed with RA. It’s really taken away my knee mobility and exercise is painful. Many other chair workouts are slow and I don’t feel like I’ve accomplished anything. Your workout is completely different and I love the way I feel like I just came from the gym!

I tried this for the first time yesterday. I am 66yrs old and have multiple injuries in lower back , knees, pain ,etc. I felt great afterwards. I felt the burn In My arms & shoulders after first 3 minutes, but continued and finish entire 19 mins I have my husband to joining me today I ached a bit over night last night , but I know with any workout you will feel that first few times. , so I’m not giving up Your encouragement thru out video about the breathing, sitting up straight, chin up was so on point . Thank you Today 2661lbs 5’9” I will update in a month by month and see with a about 5-10 minutes on exercise bike , hoe much progress I will see I currently use a cave and walker to walk I feel this is a great form of exercise and can’t wait to see and feel the results ❤🙏🏾👍🏾

(I thought I was a "dead man"!) -- Last year I started "collecting" youtube work outs, trying one for 1-2 weeks then trying a different one. Never could stick to a routine... Let me tell you, this thumbnail photo caught my eye, so I put you in my queue. (Orange wall, wood floor, healthy guy sitting & punching! I am a *VISUAL* person.) -- Tried the workout today, for the first time... REALLY LIKE your attitude!!! Let's see if I can keep with it for more than 2 weeks... 👍👍👍

Today is day 1 -38 year old, 427lbs and I’m ready to change my life and live for my kids!! I can’t go anywhere or do a lot because my legs are so swollen and have so much weight on them. I’m DONE living that way. I googled “chair workout” and found you. This kicked my butttt today and I absolutely love it!!! I’m about to do another one after I rest.

Love this workout. I’m used to working out regularly until I got diagnosed with RA. It’s really taken away my knee mobility and exercise is painful. Many other chair workouts are slow and I don’t feel like I’ve accomplished anything. Your workout is completely different and I love the way I feel like I just came from the gym!

I tried this for the first time yesterday. I am 66yrs old and have multiple injuries in lower back , knees, pain ,etc. I felt great afterwards.
