The best 20 minutes I've had in a long while ,beause it begins slow I could watch how I sat, how my shoulders were and work on my abs more ,some times I feel to go at a peace, some times works against me but yes a very good work out .Nice one Donavon.

Great workout! Just had foot surgery and can't move around much ...this was perfect I can do it all with my boot and just be careful with lower body movements. You are awesome! Felt the burn...thank you! Love Titan too ❤️

I'm bone to bone and I use it for your seated routines when you call for it and to walk sideways slightly bent as they taught me in therapy. I just love your routines, Donovan. Thank you, coach.

I love this workout but i really dislike the adds interrupting every few minutes. Really off putting and completely breaks the flow. Please do your advertising differently.

Are your resistant bands for heavier thighs and are they still available.
