I went from 5 lbs to 7.5lbs and today I just did the whole workout with 10lb weights!!! Whoohooo...Soon I hope to complete it with 15s. "If you need to buy heavier weights...BUY 'EM"!!! I definitely feel stronger!!! Thanks DGF
I turned 59 last month. I must say I've feel real good. I do 30 sit-up in the morning and this exercise at night. I was able to do the double leg lift with you this time . It was amazing my daughter couldn't believe it. Thank you for all you do. And I have a membership.
Donovan, I have arthritis in my left knee and you have made it possible for me to be strong and fit enough for me to perform at 2 hour plus gym workout. Because of you, I will be fit by 60. It's hard but you always give me the confidence to realize it's possible.

This work-put was really really good, my daughter and I work up this morning @6am and did the work-out! Be mindful I hve RA , OA and a disc in my lower back touching the nerve.it’s not easy for me at all but I’m pushing my way. Thank you Donovan .

I need exercise for my legs need the muscles strong for I'm also having knee replacement in March of 2023
I did it 100 rep all the way to the end Started out with 5 pounds and ending up with 10 pounds
Those shoulders at the end oh no I got to 40 and struggling to get to 50 I may have done 60 😅
