    I went from 5 lbs to 7.5lbs and today I just did the whole workout with 10lb weights!!! Whoohooo...Soon I hope to complete it with 15s. "If you need to buy heavier weights...BUY 'EM"!!! I definitely feel stronger!!! Thanks DGF

    I turned 59 last month. I must say I've feel real good. I do 30 sit-up in the morning and this exercise at night. I was able to do the double leg lift with you this time . It was amazing my daughter couldn't believe it. Thank you for all you do. And I have a membership.

    Donovan, I have arthritis in my left knee and you have made it possible for me to be strong and fit enough for me to perform at 2 hour plus gym workout. Because of you, I will be fit by 60. It's hard but you always give me the confidence to realize it's possible.

    This is fantastic. Had shoulder surgery march 2022. It feels so good to burn and I'm 62 years old. I am so thankful I found you. I found a different exercise to do every day. The best

    This work-put was really really good, my daughter and I work up this morning @6am and did the work-out! Be mindful I hve RA , OA and a disc in my lower back touching the nerve.it’s not easy for me at all but I’m pushing my way. Thank you Donovan

    Have to confess when I saw 100 reps I considered switching to something easier. Told myself to get on with it and look what I achieved. Thank you 😊 💓

    It is rough. I had to adjust on shoulders. alternating from total partial shoulders. I pushed self but made it. Thanks
