This video was posted 2 days ago, and in those two days it has become one of my favorite workout videos. I do it first thing in the morning when I get up, and it is a great way to start the day. My friend recommended your seated exercise videos to me, and I am so happy to have access to them now!
I found your videos by accident. Now I do one every morning after my walk or ride to help me lose weight & tone up. I rotate through 6 of them so I don't feel repetitiveness leading to loss of motivation. I have to take medication to treat MS & I think that has contributed to me putting on some weight, I'm also going through menopause, the perfect double whammy 🙄. Thank you for making each video interesting with alternatives for those that are carrying an injury.
This exercise brought my blood glucose down that I had to take sugar. It looks simple but it does so much work for the body. Thank you for this exercise.
Thanks so much I found self slipping in depression I had surgery on hand with a cast hand to elbow post op visit after. Thanks ..I got up because the exercise has always been my go to. Thanks Coach

I have osteogenesis imperfecta and use a manual wheelchair most the time, your seated workouts work great for me. Hope you keep making content
