This saved my mental. I have a developed osteoarthritis in my right knee at the age of 52. Prior to this development I was really active exercise, walking, gym and all that came to halt. I suffer from Depression as well and dove deeper into it and then I found this video and my mental and physical health are better thanks for sharing them I would love to hear that 7 count at the end.

Now getting back to sports, i can't force myself like i used to do before. So this kind of workout is just what i need. I subscribed to your channel and enjoying each workout, especially those using a chair😃 I used to do lots of sports, and i was a medical sports personal trainer but since i found out some medical issues due to heredity then i can't permit myself to train on a high intensity that might be harming for me. I have been having pain in my right shoulder (old bike riding injury) and right thigh joint. The exercises you demonstrated are perfect for me to get my strength back. I have learned to live with fibromyalgia as well as osteo arthritis in my neck and shoulders, knee. During this pandemic, I haven't been able to walk as much around the neighborhood as I used to. Knowing I needed to keep moving, I kept searching for a good chair exercise workout person and your sessions are perfect for me. Working remotely from home on a computer all day, it's refreshing to know I will get a short workout with you at the end of my day. God bless you and your family. Just found this exercise and I am thrilled. I am 59 years old with chronic back issues. I am only able to walk or stand for very short amounts of time. This seated exercise is perfect! I can actually tell that my heart rate is increased and my muscles are working. And this workout can be customized to my personal level. I'm going to share this with my 82 year old mom. I used to walk for exercise but starting about 3 years ago, I started suffering intense pain in my left leg when I walk until it was numb. I was diagnosed with nerve pain in my feet last year and through the help of a friend figured out it was also nerve pain in my leg. I have been diagnosed with diabetes. I was going to go to the gym but decided to look up chair exercises first. This was perfect. Not too hard and I can keep up with it. Thank you.
