    My husband (who has heart disease) and I just did this workout. It's the first time since diagnosis a few years now that he's felt he could try. Your workout is perfect for him as he is unstable (due to muscle weakness), on his legs. I accidentally came across your chair workouts a couple of days ago and did one of your 19 minute ones. Oh my word I felt it and I exercise regularly! Thank you so much, God bless you and your Mum!💛

    Donovan l am 60 years of age, a spinal cord surgery survivor, embarking on double knee replacement surgery, (one knee at a time) in November of this year. Your workout is stimulating for my mind and body❤it! Oodles of thanks🙏🏾

    This saved my mental. I have a developed osteoarthritis in my right knee at the age of 52. Prior to this development I was really active exercise, walking, gym and all that came to halt. I suffer from Depression as well and dove deeper into it and then I found this video and my mental and physical health are better thanks for sharing them I would love to hear that 7 count at the end.

    God bless both of you dear Donavan. I can tell you these exercises help everyone. I am going to turn 47 in 2 months and i've been through some health issues so i had to stop all workouts for a while. Now getting back to sports, i can't force myself like i used to do before. So this kind of workout is just what i need. I subscribed to your channel and enjoying each workout, especially those using a chair😃
    I used to do lots of sports, and i was a medical sports personal trainer but since i found out some medical issues due to heredity then i can't permit myself to train on a high intensity that might be harming for me.
    Your mum is just adorable 🤗 May Jesus protect and bless her🙏

    I've randomly encountered your channel days ago and since that moment i started back my regular workout.
    I have shoulders aching as well, and sometimes my lower back and my neck hurt so this kind of workout will be great for me😃
    I can't go through the cardio but using a chair is less exhausting than without it

    I appreciated this video for active seniors and especially appreciated your mom joining in. You two remind me of my son and myself. I have been having pain in my right shoulder (old bike riding injury) and right thigh joint. The exercises you demonstrated are perfect for me to get my strength back. I have learned to live with fibromyalgia as well as osteo arthritis in my neck and shoulders, knee. During this pandemic, I haven't been able to walk as much around the neighborhood as I used to. Knowing I needed to keep moving, I kept searching for a good chair exercise workout person and your sessions are perfect for me. Working remotely from home on a computer all day, it's refreshing to know I will get a short workout with you at the end of my day. God bless you and your family.     Just found this exercise and I am thrilled. I am 59 years old with chronic back issues. I am only able to walk or stand for very short amounts of time. This seated exercise is perfect! I can actually tell that my heart rate is increased and my muscles are working. And this workout can be customized to my personal level. I'm going to share this with my 82 year old mom. Thanks so much.

    This is perfect for me now. I have bad knees and am recording from a severe spranged ankle. Keeps me moving, and I can be more intense workouts as I see fit. Your mom is so cute.

    Thank you so much for giving me something to help. I'm only 56 and have arthritis all through my body, it's worse in my spine, so I struggle with standing and walking. My muscles are waisting away but your chair work outs look just up my alley. You have inspired me to get back in some type of fitness regime.

I am struggling with eexercizing like I usually do because my knees are shot and I am having knee replacement surgery, hopefully at the end of the month.     I recently inured my leg and needed to find an exercise program that would allow me to move safely. This was perfect for me. Feel good about what I did here today. Appreciated your encouragement, and enjoyed seeing your Mom keep it moving just like me! My only negative is that RUclips interrupts the workout 3x with ads. Any way around that?

    Thanks for this video! It moves completely, I was looking for just such a movement because I was disabled. I’m full of energy and finally a tournament that I can do too. Thank you very much for your attitude and encouragement! It's a pleasure to exercise like this!!! If you could even come up with a tournament that doesn’t require the knee to be used, that would be good, but it’s sure that this tournament has completely moved me through! Thanks!!!     I need two knee replacement. I have been doing the Donovan Green Fitness chair workouts for 3 weeks. Outstanding! I like Donovan Fitness chair programs start with just 10 minutes but there are other workouts that are 20 minutes or more. I feel great! Thank you Donovan

    I used to walk for exercise but starting about 3 years ago, I started suffering intense pain in my left leg when I walk until it was numb. I was diagnosed with nerve pain in my feet last year and through the help of a friend figured out it was also nerve pain in my leg. I have been diagnosed with diabetes. I was going to go to the gym but decided to look up chair exercises first. This was perfect. Not too hard and I can keep up with it. Thank you.

    Thank you for this senior exercise. I need to keep my muscles toned. I eat right and I just needed an exercise regiment with weights due to my past injury with my back and neck.
