I’m 63 with shoulders issues . Nice songs trying to stay focused on the exercise but each song I found myself saying hey that my song. It took me a couple of tries to get back on track lol. I love how you coordinate the lyrics with the workout yeah it’s definitely motivated me thanks for sharing 👍🏽❤😂

Just found this after a very bad morning taking a tumble from the lack of balance a stroke left me with a few years ago. Decided I needed to move more. I could do this and the music was so fun. going on my exercise play list.
