My diabetes program recommended that I find some chair fitness classes due to my Achilles bone spur preventing much walking. The millennial in me is so hype for this 90’s soundtrack :)

I LOVE these workouts, I am 73, with lymphoedema, diabetes and COPD. I allowed myself to get very sedentary what ch has only made my health issues worse. These videos have gotten me back on track, as I used to be very active. I also use the way better app with these, and not only I getting much stronger, and healthier but am making a few dollars as well.
I’m very happy to see your active exercises on chair, because now I have meniscus tears in both my knees and I can’t do aerobic exercises and can’t complete half an hour walking without pain , I could done with u these cheerful exercises for 2 times, thanks a lot ... please continue ❤

I need more like this I was so out of breath just sitting in the chair. Some of the ones I was unable to do. That's when you do the cris cross with the legs and leaning back in the chair lifting the legs up. I need more because of the knees not being able to bend. But I really enjoyed this one.
