My doctor told me in the first year of my loss that if I couldn't find a way through and out if the grief, I'd be dead in a few months. I turned 62 years young today. I look and feel fantastic. But do need to incorporate exercise on a daily basis. I wake up stiff as heck in the morning before work. Ha ha, anyway, I love your exercises. Got this done and a 10 min ab/arm workout too! My left side is much weaker from spinal surgery and a bad ankle and these help Me push through when I'm in pain or need low impact. Thank you for you're work in making them.

Just found your channel - I had a DVT and supposed to keep moving but have a chronic foot injury (cause of the DVT) that makes it hard to get around and exercise enough to keep me safe, so it's wonderful to find things I can still do to move my body and keep the blood moving!
