    Bad knee, over weight and retired a year ago..but a care giver to parents and inlaws, five kids. I have never sweat so bad and still keep on going. Thank you!!!

    I'm enjoying your videos. Thank you for your motivation. I started your workout as an added effort to regain strength and save my life. I lost my husband 2 years ago. Grief consumed me. My doctor told me in the first year of my loss that if I couldn't find a way through and out if the grief, I'd be dead in a few months. I give God the glory for never leaving my side and pulling me up and through this battle. Now, I'm working on my health. Thank you for helping me with your workouts and positive motivation.

    I just love this work out. I'm in my 30s and my left knee is bone on bone and my boyfriend has had many broken bones over his life time so this work out is the best for us both. Thank you so much for making this videos.

    Your seated workouts are truly a blessing, not only do I sweat like I ran 10 miles but I enjoy it, in which when I get home from work I prepare myself to Get With you Coach D....my performa and sciatica have been bringing me big time pain but working out with you is the medicine that I needed..I am 5'2"/180 lbs/62 years young and doing the various seated abs and seated cardio exercises i have seen a big improvement in my health and total weight, so that you again for bringing a smile to my life again

    I was sitting at my desk and wanted to find a way to get in some cardio, and this was awesome! I did the movements quickly and with intention. My BPM got up to 124 WHILE IN MY DESK CHAIR! This was awesome! Thank you! I can get in cardio while in a Zoom!

    Just found you Mr. Donovan let's get it on. I have arthritis in my right knee and the beginning stages of arthritis in my left knee, it gets me down at times

    I turned 62 years young today. I look and feel fantastic. But do need to incorporate exercise on a daily basis. I wake up stiff as heck in the morning before work. Ha ha, anyway, I love your exercises.     Got this done and a 10 min ab/arm workout too! My left side is much weaker from spinal surgery and a bad ankle and these help Me push through when I'm in pain or need low impact. Thank you for you're work in making them.

    10:22 I have saved a number of your workouts to do at least one every day. I just completed the seated 10 minute workout and I’m telling you, I’m tired!!! But, I feel good. Starting slow and plan to do this one twice a day for the rest of this week before moving on to a longer one next week.

    Thank you Mr. Green! Just found your channel - I had a DVT and supposed to keep moving but have a chronic foot injury (cause of the DVT) that makes it hard to get around and exercise enough to keep me safe, so it's wonderful to find things I can still do to move my body and keep the blood moving!
