I'm enjoying your videos. Thank you for your motivation. I started your workout as an added effort to regain strength and save my life. I lost my husband 2 years ago. Grief consumed me. My doctor told me in the first year of my loss that if I couldn't find a way through and out if the grief, I'd be dead in a few months. I give God the glory for never leaving my side and pulling me up and through this battle. Now, I'm working on my health. Thank you for helping me with your workouts and positive motivation.

Just found your channel - I had a DVT and supposed to keep moving but have a chronic foot injury (cause of the DVT) that makes it hard to get around and exercise enough to keep me safe, so it's wonderful to find things I can still do to move my body and keep the blood moving! 10:22 I have saved a number of your workouts to do at least one every day. I just completed the seated 10 minute workout and I’m telling you, I’m tired!!! But, I feel good. Starting slow and plan to do this one twice a day for the rest of this week before moving on to a longer one next week.
Your seated workouts are truly a blessing, not only do I sweat like I ran 10 miles but I enjoy it, in which when I get home from work I prepare myself to Get With you Coach D....my performa and sciatica have been bringing me big time pain but working out with you is the medicine that I needed..I am 5'2"/180 lbs/62 years young and doing the various seated abs and seated cardio exercises i have seen a big improvement in my health and total weight, so that you again for bringing a smile to my life again

I was sitting at my desk and wanted to find a way to get in some cardio, and this was awesome! I did the movements quickly and with intention. My BPM got up to 124 WHILE IN MY DESK CHAIR! This was awesome! Thank you! I can get in cardio while in a Zoom!

Found your chair workouts online and they're a lifesaver! I was running until a small foot problem put things on hold a couple months ago. These are helping me maintain a bit ... and providing that endorphin pick-me-up I've been missing. Thank you!
