I Lo be you, Donovan. Your seated workouts are exactly what I need. I am almost 68 and was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis sheen I was 25. My nervous System has been slowly rotting away. When I was 22, I had a blue in karate. At 42, I had to retire on disability. Since then, it's been a steady decline. Your seated workouts have been a godsend. I can feel myself getting stronger. Thanks Donovan! I have mild cerebral palsy, the drs told my parents when I was born at 28 weeks in 1967 that I'd either 'die or be a vegetable'. Well, I turned out pretty excellent with determination and ended up with only a limp. I've been looking for an exercise program as I age that isn't hard on my balance and hips, thank you! I just found your chair exercise and I love it! I already feel better. I really like your mindset too!

After typing in "full body exercises that I can do sitting down" I felt so terrible and even embarrassed and sad but I have quickly realized it's just for a few weeks while I'm recovering and I am so thankful for you and yourpage that seems to be mainly focused on sitting exercises!!! It may sound crazy or weird to some people but TBH it's why u are so blessed and have done so good with this channel!!!! My goal was to workout 3x's this week no matter how I feel or what time it is. I did it !!!! Now on to a new goal.
I recently found your videos after being diagnosed with extensive cancer throughout my bones (metastatic breast cancer). I've worked my way up to 20 minutes and I plan on doing this workout this coming week!

Currently cruising and just finished this workout. I have a foot injury so unable to do standing exercises. I got to thinking, Donovan would be great for cruise crowds. So I thought I’d throw you the thought. This ship (MSC) has dance lesson sessions at pool twice daily and I joined in while seated on a deck lounger and the instructors were impressed. That’s because of you! Think about it Donovan, it could be a great addition to your current endeavors. Could be live or by video, you make it yours! ❤

I had a stroke about a year ago and I do these exercises now with no weights at the moment do you have any suggestions for spasticity how to loosen up the muscle and get connectivity in my brain. My neck always hurts when I do this. I try to relax my shoulders but doesn't help. Hoping as I get stronger won't hurt as bad. Hurts only while doing it.
