    I Lo be you, Donovan. Your seated workouts are exactly what I need. I am almost 68 and was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis sheen I was 25. My nervous System has been slowly rotting away. When I was 22, I had a blue in karate. At 42, I had to retire on disability. Since then, it's been a steady decline. Your seated workouts have been a godsend. I can feel myself getting stronger.     Thanks Donovan! I have mild cerebral palsy, the drs told my parents when I was born at 28 weeks in 1967 that I'd either 'die or be a vegetable'. Well, I turned out pretty excellent with determination and ended up with only a limp. I've been looking for an exercise program as I age that isn't hard on my balance and hips, thank you! I just found your chair exercise and I love it! I already feel better. I really like your mindset too!

    Your a blessing in disguise! A hidden Gem! This is my second foot surgery in 10 months. Since I cannot go to the gym then came DG thank you!! I’m so addicted to working out! After typing in "full body exercises that I can do sitting down" I felt so terrible and even embarrassed and sad but I have quickly realized it's just for a few weeks while I'm recovering and I am so thankful for you and yourpage that seems to be mainly focused on sitting exercises!!! It may sound crazy or weird to some people but TBH it's why u are so blessed and have done so good with this channel!!!! U actually thought about what other people needed and what u were doing and i have no doubt that it helps so many people with issues or just people that are elderly!!! Thanks for this channel and thanks for caring to help others!!!! I'm proud of u!!! Stay blessed 🙏

    I recently found your videos after being diagnosed with extensive cancer throughout my bones (metastatic breast cancer). I've worked my way up to 20 minutes and I plan on doing this workout this coming week!

    Big up! your sitting exercises are as challenging as any standing workout. I am recovering from a concussion and due to dizziness I had stopped exercising out of fear of falling. Glad I stumbled on your channel.

    Can’t use bands- big orthotic boots- but I improvise with leg weights. Thanks for the workouts, my independence depends on them.

    Hi Donovan,
    Currently cruising and just finished this workout. I have a foot injury so unable to do standing exercises. I got to thinking, Donovan would be great for cruise crowds. So I thought I’d throw you the thought. This ship (MSC) has dance lesson sessions at pool twice daily and I joined in while seated on a deck lounger and the instructors were impressed. That’s because of you! Think about it Donovan, it could be a great addition to your current endeavors. Could be live or by video, you make it yours! ❤

    OMG D! Just finished the work out! been a while but I'm back on track. I'm so out of shape & for me, this work out wasn't easy! Damn I was tired by 30 count just walking in place!     I bribed to your RUclips channel and you’re very inspirational. I had a stroke about a year ago and I do these exercises now with no weights at the moment do you have any suggestions for spasticity how to loosen up the muscle and get connectivity in my brain. No matter what you’ve got me exercising even if it’s without the weight. I will purchase soon from you
    I’ve been paralyzed on my right side, I have not lost my speech, I would like to return to work, and I think your channel will help me accomplish this

    i am on my feet in my job...walking average of 8k to 12 k a day....sometime speed walking...so sitting down doing exercise is for people like me. So, thank you for this video.

    My neck always hurts when I do this. I try to relax my shoulders but doesn't help. Hoping as I get stronger won't hurt as bad. Hurts only while doing it.

      I don't use weights for when shoulders hurt. I don't go as high, or as long. I do what I can, strength and endurance will come
