I personally watch prerecorded videos. I'm not yet a member. I do love your chair workout. I am a 50 year old overweight female. Both knees are bone on bone, very painful for me. I also have major problems with my feet. Both left and right feet have been broken twice. I have lost 48 pounds, so your seated exercises have helped me tremendously! I can't do a lot of the standing exercises. You, sir, have been God sent to help people like me!
Excellent video and explanation. I just watched a video of yours for the first time and then watched this one. I was impressed with the first one I watched and when I saw this in the "Q", I was curious and watched it. Very understandable as to what you're looking for. You need more FEEDBACK from viewers and members so you can sustain and grow your brand, and keep the interest of your members. I give you a LOT of credit for this video and coming forward with your concerns. For what it's worth, here's my 2cents. DON'T give up on the chair workouts! You just need to JAZZ them UP! Make them more energetic and entertaining without cheapening it. Try different chairs. Try different locations. Try upbeat music. Add a dog to your videos, everyone loves a pet! Make the chair workouts a PARTY! Take the chair workouts out of the gym and put them into real life settings and situations. Example. Someone sitting in a waiting room at a doctor's appointment could be doing some exercises and no one else would know. Someone waiting for an oil change at a tune up place could be doing a workout. Maybe someone at a restaurant waiting for a table or their meal could be doing a workout. Maybe do a "man on the street" sort of a video. Put up a sign with a chair and ask strangers to try a simple routine and get their reaction. Offer them a hat or Tshirt for participating. Maybe ride a bus or train and show different workouts you can do while commuting to and from work! How about doing a simple routine for the chair and then showing how that routine is used in everyday life. All the movements we do all day long are actually just small little exercises. Sitting down, standing up for a chair or seat. Reaching for something for a seated position. I could think of hundreds of different situations where you could do a chair workout. The fun part would be acting them out. Even though the workout would be the same, just show people from different walks of life doing them so your audience can relate to them. Everything you're doing is great. Let's just get creative with it and have fun with it. 👍😎

I have been exercising for almost 40 years at all levels. What I love about you is you treat me as an individual not just a senior. I still exercise more like a 55yr old. Donovan, I am 72, retired and have a sedentary lifestyle. Your chair exercises have been a godsend for me. They are short, but still long enough to achieve results. You are gifted with some fun humor during the exercises which helps make the time fly by. I have not checked out the dumbbell exercises, but that is next on my list. Already, I am starting to see the difference. Don't ever give up on yourself, or stop believing that you are making a difference to a lot of people.

I because of limited mobility I only do the chair workout and let me say….It’s a REAL workout! I’m sweating and cursing you at the end of each video. I like your workouts, because they're not too easy, and I can get a real workout. Love that I can burn real calories. Just like everyone else. There's a big gap in fitness workout videos right now. That is a video for people who just coming out of physical therapy and may not be able to stand and then those who are fitness ready! I appreciate you helping me with the chair version. Maybe try a standing version together with the chair version on one video.
82 year male but not a member yet. I like the chair workouts because everyone has 10 min. My club has a full workout facility with at least 100 stations and free weights area etc. I don't go to the club everyday but I am in front of my TV daily and always have 10 min. If you continue the chair workout I will subscribe. You are the best I've seen...please keep it up.

Mr. Green, your chair workouts are life changing. My husband is a former athlete and thought the chair workouts wouldn't be effective for him. Well, he's obviously competitive so I convinced him to do a challenge with me where we had to do two rounds of one of your workouts. Let's just say he tapped out and was sweating bullets. 😂 He was completely shocked at first but is now a believer. I feel that you could rebrand the chair workouts by showing various age groups in some of your videos so people won't assume they're just for our elders or the injured. I used to cycle to go the gym loved les mills body balance but due to just life in general things have gone a tad down hill I'm overweight (2 stone) and again knees are now bone on bone and I have to say you seem like a revelation .. Hey D.G., Here's some information from my perspective since you're inquiring viewers. I'm disabled from my previous line of work with serious back problems. Including broken bone that never healed, painful herniated discs among other things pertaining to my spine. Along with recently finding out I have other ailments that have worsened. I am not an elderly person as of 2024. I have a long ways to go. Unfortunately, my previous line of work aged my bones and joints. From my injuries, I'm unable to sit and stand for long periods of time. Cannot sit up on my lower back bone without being uncomfortable or in pain. Also unable to lift things for periods and a time. The short, sedentary, at your own pace workouts are the closest to what I am able to remotely do. Just as I am able to and of course, at my own pace. It's very minimal but it's somethg. It gives me a sense of hope and genuinely expresses no excuses. Where there is a will and way will be made. If I can't go thru the whole session, it's alright. I will try again another day. It's just slow progress but it's progress and effort nonetheless. If even not as fast or lengthy I'm able to work around what I can with what I have going on and my permanent conditions including bone disease. So no, I never saw or understood your videos as just for people in wheel chairs, or elderly. I instantly saw it more as for couch potatoes. I thought to myself, "U like to sit around all day? Good. Then while sitting around tone them arms, or legs or some cardio exercises and promote heart health while you're at it. Let's get it." That's how I saw it. I came upon your channel / videos and I said, "look at that. Workouts for the couch potatoes and other with standing inabilities." I was a bit more open-minded when I came up on your technique and Chair Fitness Camp. I said, "now that's for just about everyone including a broad age range. I can even see daycare kids loving some of this too while sitting and burning off some energy before nap time. Haha. My nephews. 🙈🙊. I don't know what I'd do without the chair workouts. I'm only in my 40s but I have serious leg issues from standing long days. And terrible sciatic. The ONLY reason I can even attempt to get back into better health, is your videos. The ability to 'rest' my lower body but still be actively engaged in core exercise is HUGE. I need a hip replacement and I have had bariatric bypass surgery to help me lose weight to get to my hip surgery weight i need to get to. I am a 62 year old, white woman who hates working out. I like being outside and doing physical things working out is not my go to. Your workouts are the only ones I can tolerate. I love your enthusiasm and your encouragement! In 2017, I had botched the replacement. January 20 20 I had to have it completely redone. Everything that could’ve gone wrong with the first one was. It’s left me with significant lymphedema in my lower, right leg. My left knee is bone on bone and I told him I should have replacement there too. Not! Going! To! Happen! I had replacement to regain my outdoor activity level, but it’s done the complete opposite. I want to stay strong and has it as I possibly can so your chair workouts are the only hope I have. In my mind on the young 62. In my knees, and ancient. Thank you for all you do! I truly appreciate it!
Mr. Green I'm a 65 young woman that has always been physically active, but I saw how some of my aging friends would not do anything exercise wise until I introduced them to your videos. As I told them sitting exercises is not for wimps. it takes a lot of strength to keep from falling out of that chair lol!. I am not a member yet but will be as soon as I can free up some funds. Being on a fixed for myself and friends is a lot but my plan is to share the knowledge I acquire from my membership with others that cannot financially afford to join. I found myself sharing your videos with other people like me who can’t jump, stand long, can’t run, can’t dance or move fast, and they all are amaze. I love working out with you and it motivates me to keep going. So what I’m saying is….please keep going. I do have to do chair workouts but I can tolerate some standing leg lifts. I really would like to see more upper body strengthening workouts with weights. Really, you’ve done them all in the chair, but because of you and of course the Lord’s direction, I didn’t have to get knee replacement. It’s July 8/23. I just started doing your workouts as I have a stress fracture in my foot. I am used to walking 3-5 miles/day with my dog. These chair workouts have been a godsend as I can still do exercise without standing. I particularly like the abd workouts and the arm sets. I like your positive attitude and your work hard mentality. I feel like I’m accomplishing something and have noticed an increase in strength. Keep going! You’re the best!

I’ve been doing workouts lately. My wife actually found this because of her knees and I started it. I’m just overweight (36m) but man does it kick my butt. Thank you for your workouts. It sounds like you just hit burnout. Take care of yourself and take time off. Make sure you take days off before you just crash. I think other types of workouts would help change the image.
I just found you 3 months ago and I love the chair workouts . I joined your website immediately. I had a knee replacement and my left knee is really bad . I have degenerative disc disease and many other problems . You're chair workouts kick my butt and I love it . I've lost 30 pounds in 3 months . I think that you posting this and asking for feedback is one of the best things you can do. You will gain great insight about which community to serve. I’m addition to that, take sometime getting back to basics and spend time defining your niche market, who YOU want to serve and why. I started following you for chair workouts because of a hip issue where I was sedentary pretty much 24/7. I didn’t want that to keep me down and your motto “no excuses” spoke to me. I’ve had a hip replacement and I am now allowed to do some exercises and will come back to your videos because you share GREAT stuff that empowers me…and yes, I will be joining the membership and LOVE the idea of NO FB group! I teach social media and would be happy to serve as a sounding board and help out with whatever I can!

Up to 2 years ago I was doing Zumba, playing tennis and running. 6 months ago I found out I had a meniscus tear on my left knee and arthritis had to find a different form of exercise. Thank God I found Donovan fitness on U tube. I am a fit 55 year old and absolutely love your chair workout but also do your standing workouts, If my knee starts hurting just sit down and continue, NO EXCUSES! I also add weights to increase my heartrate and burn fat! PLEASE continue the chair workouts! For those who are not into chair workouts, be grateful that at this moment you can jump and run, because your life can change in a minute and these chair workouts are a life saver for those who can't be as active as they were before.
I'm so happy I found your videos a little over a month ago. I was looking for chair exercises, as I have severe arthritis in my feet, and I'm trying to get stronger before a foot surgery in July. Thanks to you, I have been consistent in my exercise for over a month. Normally my goal is to lose weight, but because of the pending surgery, my goal is to get stronger. Thanks to you, I'm feeling stronger🙂. I think you should mix up your videos to meet the needs of both chair and non-chair audiences, but I love what you do! I'm not young, but I'm not old (53). Mr Green, I am a late bloomer you can say. I found you on RUclips. I am a 50 year old woman and I am going through somethings with my health. Working out was very hard for me well until I found you on RUclips! Since I have been doing your workouts I have lost weight and my energy levels are getting better. I am back to work and will be signing up for a membership with you. I started off doing chair exercises but now I want to start doing your workouts without the chair. Even with that being said I would still at times do the chair workouts because as you have said if your doing it properly you will still get results. I am a witness to that. I just saw this video today. I had an hysterectomy on 3/30 and was told I couldn't lift anything excersize etc. If I would have known about your sit down excersize I definitely could have been working out. My doctor said I can only walk to prevent hurting my surgery. God Bless you n have patience your business will take off.
I've only just recently found your workouts. They are really great. I am a 64 year old woman with spinal stenosis, spondylosis and no cartilage in my right knee. And the main reason I subscribed is for the chair workouts. However, I also do hallenge myself by doing unseated, stand up workouts as well. Youre absolutely right that $15.00 a month is a very reasonable amount to pay for good quality training such as you give. You deserve every penny and more. But I am on a fixed income and need to watch my spending. I appreciate so much the free content you provide on YT. Hi Donovan ! I’m an avid runner and discovered your chair workouts when I was sidelined with a hip injury a couple of years ago. Your chair workouts enabled me to maintain my cardio fitness in a non weight bearing position. After my injury healed , I went back to running only. In the past month, I came back to your chair workouts because I remembered how good they made me feel and they are a great compliment to my running as your workouts work and strengthen the whole body. My doctor recommended resistance band work to strengthen my hip. I have been doing your pre recorded chair workouts twice a week and told myself if I keep consistently doing them , I want to be a member to gain all the benefits of Donovan Green fitness. I’m happy you took the time to reset , we all need that from time to time.

I stumbled on utube chair exercises after a hip fracture after a fall walking my very strong 80 pound puppy. They literally saved me from going into a deep depression during the healing process as I do some form of exercise daily. I have continued to do the chair exercises because even though I consider myself quite fit, having done triathlons, spin classes and outdoor bike rides, I know giving my knees a break at age 69 once in awhile is a good thing, Please keep them coming:)
I discovered your chair workouts during Covid and was so happy! I struggle with most ab exercises because of lower back issues and the chair exercise worked well for me. I do mostly standing ab workouts now because floor exercise cause so much discomfort. I wish you much success in the future.
I love the chair workouts! I"m 61 years old and trying to get back on track. I need to lose weight and tone. My lower back hurts when I lay on the floor to do ab exercises. The chair is a perfect remedy for that. I also like the other exercises that require standing. For older people the chair is a great alternative to a great exercise! Thank you for sharing. I am an active 74 year old woman and have exercised (cardio, weights, in the gym and out of the gym) all my life. I recently developed arthritis in my knee. I will continue to exercise and with the help from people like you, I will do both in a chair, full body with weights, cardio but I cannot do anything that will impact my knees (squats, lunges, planks, kneeling on the floor). Membership is not possible due to financial restrictions but I faithfully do RUclips exercises everyday for at least 1 to 2 hours. Wishing you much success in the future.

I 42 year old and do your workouts while at work. I work on concrete floor so high impact workouts are floor workouts are no good for me. So love that you do chair workouts that are good for everyone. You get what you pit in and I appreciate you coaching me

Hey Donovan. I watched this, and I get the burn out and need for a reset. I often read Jeremiah 29: 5-14 during those times. It helps me a lot and reminds ne to be right where I am. Anyhow. I have nerve damage/ small fiber neuropathy in both my feet. I'm 47 and suddenly handicapped in the last 2 years. I've struggled on my own to figure out what exercises I could do without being on my feet too long. I want to be functional and strong for myself and my family despite this disability. I just discovered your 10 minute chair workouts. Wonderful! I used to dance and hike, etc. But now I can't do those things, and I have become overweight. I hate this. Every exercise program I found, I couldn't handle. My hips and knees would scream. I have a replaced knee and doctor wants to keep me from having to have surgery on my right knee. It's not that I would not be willing to have the knee replaced, but he says it isn't time, yet. Both my hips have arthritis. I have had pain shots to get by. I can't handle my treadmill anymore. Then I found you a few weeks ago. I discovered that I can do the chair exercises without hurting my knee or my hips. I may not have lost much weight, but I am looking so much better. I feel stronger. I have to tell you that I enjoy your spontaneous comments while you are exercising. You make this fun. Ten minutes is enough for me. I know I have worked hard. Maybe I should say that I am on the sunny side of the 70's. Not a young girl anymore. Just know, I thank you. I appreciate you.

I personally watch prerecorded videos. I'm not yet a member. I do love your chair workout. I am a 50 year old overweight female. Both knees are bone on bone, very painful for me. I also have major problems with my feet. Both left and right feet have been broken twice. I have lost 48 pounds, so your seated exercises have helped me tremendously! I can't do a lot of the standing exercises. You, sir, have been God sent to help people like me!

Very understandable as to what you're looking for. You need more FEEDBACK from viewers and members so you can sustain and grow your brand, and keep the interest of your members.

For what it's worth, here's my 2cents.
DON'T give up on the chair workouts! You just need to JAZZ them UP!
Make them more energetic and entertaining without cheapening it.
Try different chairs. Try different locations.
Try upbeat music.
Add a dog to your videos, everyone loves a pet!
Make the chair workouts a PARTY!
Take the chair workouts out of the gym and put them into real life settings and situations.
Example. Someone sitting in a waiting room at a doctor's appointment could be doing some exercises and no one else would know.
Someone waiting for an oil change at a tune up place could be doing a workout.
Maybe someone at a restaurant waiting for a table or their meal could be doing a workout.
Maybe do a "man on the street" sort of a video. Put up a sign with a chair and ask strangers to try a simple routine and get their reaction. Offer them a hat or Tshirt for participating.
Maybe ride a bus or train and show different workouts you can do while commuting to and from work!
How about doing a simple routine for the chair and then showing how that routine is used in everyday life.
All the movements we do all day long are actually just small little exercises. Sitting down, standing up for a chair or seat. Reaching for something for a seated position. I could think of hundreds of different situations where you could do a chair workout. The fun part would be acting them out. Even though the workout would be the same, just show people from different walks of life doing them so your audience can relate to them.
Everything you're doing is great. Let's just get creative with it and have fun with it.

Donovan, I am 72, retired and have a sedentary lifestyle. Your chair exercises have been a godsend for me. They are short, but still long enough to achieve results. You are gifted with some fun humor during the exercises which helps make the time fly by. I have not checked out the dumbbell exercises, but that is next on my list. Already, I am starting to see the difference. Don't ever give up on yourself, or stop believing that you are making a difference to a lot of people.

My club has a full workout facility with at least 100 stations and free weights area etc.
I don't go to the club everyday but I am in front of my TV daily and always have 10 min.

Mr. Green, your chair workouts are life changing. My husband is a former athlete and thought the chair workouts wouldn't be effective for him. Well, he's obviously competitive so I convinced him to do a challenge with me where we had to do two rounds of one of your workouts. Here's some information from my perspective since you're inquiring viewers. I'm disabled from my previous line of work with serious back problems. Including broken bone that never healed, painful herniated discs among other things pertaining to my spine. Along with recently finding out I have other ailments that have worsened. I am not an elderly person as of 2024. I have a long ways to go. Unfortunately, my previous line of work aged my bones and joints. From my injuries, I'm unable to sit and stand for long periods of time. Cannot sit up on my lower back bone without being uncomfortable or in pain. Also unable to lift things for periods and a time. The short, sedentary, at your own pace workouts are the closest to what I am able to remotely do. Just as I am able to and of course, at my own pace. It's very minimal but it's somethg. It gives me a sense of hope and genuinely expresses no excuses. Where there is a will and way will be made. If I can't go thru the whole session, it's alright. I will try again another day. It's just slow progress but it's progress and effort nonetheless. If even not as fast or lengthy I'm able to work around what I can with what I have going on and my permanent conditions including bone disease. So no, I never saw or understood your videos as just for people in wheel chairs, or elderly. I instantly saw it more as for couch potatoes. I thought to myself, "U like to sit around all day? Good. Then while sitting around tone them arms, or legs or some cardio exercises and promote heart health while you're at it. Let's get it." That's how I saw it. I came upon your channel / videos and I said, "look at that. Workouts for the couch potatoes and other with standing inabilities." I was a bit more open-minded when I came up on your technique and Chair Fitness Camp. I said, "now that's for just about everyone including a broad age range. I can even see daycare kids loving some of this too while sitting and burning off some energy before nap time. Haha. My nephews. 🙈🙊. I don't know what I'd do without the chair workouts. I'm only in my 40s but I have serious leg issues from standing long days. And terrible sciatic. The ONLY reason I can even attempt to get back into better health, is your videos. The ability to 'rest' my lower body but still be actively engaged in core exercise is HUGE. I am a 62 year old, white woman who hates working out. I like being outside and doing physical things working out is not my go to. Your workouts are the only ones I can tolerate. I love your enthusiasm and your encouragement! In 2017, I had botched the replacement. January 20 20 I had to have it completely redone. Everything that could’ve gone wrong with the first one was. It’s left me with significant lymphedema in my lower, right leg. My left knee is bone on bone and I told him I should have replacement there too. Not! Going! To! Happen! I had replacement to regain my outdoor activity level, but it’s done the complete opposite. I want to stay strong and has it as I possibly can so your chair workouts are the only hope I have. In my mind on the young 62. In my knees, and ancient. Thank you for all you do! I truly appreciate it!
Mr. Green I'm a 65 young woman that has always been physically active, but I saw how some of my aging friends would not do anything exercise wise until I introduced them to your videos. As I told them sitting exercises is not for wimps. it takes a lot of strength to keep from falling out of that chair lol!. I am not a member yet but will be as soon as I can free up some funds. Being on a fixed for myself and friends is a lot but my plan is to share the knowledge I acquire from my membership with others that cannot financially afford to join. Looking at this video you just did, you were so transparent and real. I love working out with you and it motivates me to keep going. So what I’m saying is….please keep going. I do have to do chair workouts but I can tolerate some standing leg lifts. I really would like to see more upper body strengthening workouts with weights. Really, you’ve done them all in the chair, but because of you and of course the Lord’s direction, I didn’t have to get knee replacement. It’s July 8/23. I just started doing your workouts as I have a stress fracture in my foot. I am used to walking 3-5 miles/day with my dog. These chair workouts have been a godsend as I can still do exercise without standing. I particularly like the abd workouts and the arm sets. I like your positive attitude and your work hard mentality. I feel like I’m accomplishing something and have noticed an increase in strength. Keep going! You’re the best!

It sounds like you just hit burnout. Take care of yourself and take time off. Make sure you take days off before you just crash.

I think that you posting this and asking for feedback is one of the best things you can do. You will gain great insight about which community to serve. I’m addition to that, take sometime getting back to basics and spend time defining your niche market, who YOU want to serve and why. I started following you for chair workouts because of a hip issue where I was sedentary pretty much 24/7. I didn’t want that to keep me down and your motto “no excuses” spoke to me. I’ve had a hip replacement and I am now allowed to do some exercises and will come back to your videos because you share GREAT stuff that empowers me…and yes, I will be joining the membership and LOVE the idea of NO FB group! I teach social media and would be happy to serve as a sounding board and help out with whatever I can!

Up to 2 years ago I was doing Zumba, playing tennis and running. 6 months ago I found out I had a meniscus tear on my left knee and arthritis had to find a different form of exercise. Thank God I found Donovan fitness on U tube. I am a fit 55 year old and absolutely love your chair workout but also do your standing workouts, If my knee starts hurting just sit down and continue, NO EXCUSES! I also add weights to increase my heartrate and burn fat! PLEASE continue the chair workouts! For those who are not into chair workouts, be grateful that at this moment you can jump and run, because your life can change in a minute and these chair workouts are a life saver for those who can't be as active as they were before.

I'm so happy I found your videos a little over a month ago. I was looking for chair exercises, as I have severe arthritis in my feet, and I'm trying to get stronger before a foot surgery in July. Thanks to you, I have been consistent in my exercise for over a month. Normally my goal is to lose weight, but because of the pending surgery, my goal is to get stronger. Thanks to you, I'm feeling stronger🙂. I think you should mix up your videos to meet the needs of both chair and non-chair audiences, but I love what you do! I'm not young, but I'm not old (53). With your videos, I'm preparing for my upcoming surgery and getting stronger.

I am a late bloomer you can say. I found you on RUclips. I am a 50 year old woman and I am going through somethings with my health. Working out was very hard for me well until I found you on RUclips! Since I have been doing your workouts I have lost weight and my energy levels are getting better. I am back to work and will be signing up for a membership with you. I started off doing chair exercises but now I want to start doing your workouts without the chair. Even with that being said I would still at times do the chair workouts because as you have said if your doing it properly you will still get results. I am a witness to that. Glad to hear your back and look forward to all the new workouts.

I just saw this video today. I had an hysterectomy on 3/30 and was told I couldn't lift anything excersize etc. If I would have known about your sit down excersize I definitely could have been working out. My doctor said I can only walk to prevent hurting
my surgery. God Bless you n have patience your business will take off.
I've only just recently found your workouts. They are really great. I am a 64 year old woman with spinal stenosis, spondylosis and no cartilage in my right knee. And the main reason I subscribed is for the chair workouts. However, I also do hallenge myself by doing unseated, stand up workouts as well. Youre absolutely right that $15.00 a month is a very reasonable amount to pay for good quality training such as you give. You deserve every penny and more. But I am on a fixed income and need to watch my spending. I appreciate so much the free content you provide on YT. So I'll continue on YT and if I see in a month or two that your paid content is a good fit for me, I will join as a paid member. Is that fair? Thank you so much for your great free workouts. Hi Donovan ! I’m an avid runner and discovered your chair workouts when I was sidelined with a hip injury a couple of years ago. Your chair workouts enabled me to maintain my cardio fitness in a non weight bearing position.
After my injury healed , I went back to running only. In the past month, I came back to your chair workouts because I remembered how good they made me feel and they are a great compliment to my running as your workouts work and strengthen the whole body. My doctor recommended resistance band work to strengthen my hip.
I have been doing your pre recorded chair workouts twice a week and told myself if I keep consistently doing them , I want to be a member to gain all the benefits of Donovan Green fitness.

I stumbled on utube chair exercises after a hip fracture after a fall walking my very strong 80 pound puppy. They literally saved me from going into a deep depression during the healing process as I do some form of exercise daily. I have continued to do the chair exercises because even though I consider myself quite fit, having done triathlons, spin classes and outdoor bike rides, I know giving my knees a break at age 69 once in awhile is a good thing, Please keep them coming:)

I discovered your chair workouts during Covid and was so happy! I struggle with most ab exercises because of lower back issues and the chair exercise worked well for me. I do mostly standing ab workouts now because floor exercise cause so much discomfort. I wish you much success in the future.
I love the chair workouts! I"m 61 years old and trying to get back on track. I need to lose weight and tone. My lower back hurts when I lay on the floor to do ab exercises. The chair is a perfect remedy for that. I also like the other exercises that require standing. For older people the chair is a great alternative to a great exercise! Keep up the great work that you provide !

Thank you for sharing. I am an active 74 year old woman and have exercised (cardio, weights, in the gym and out of the gym) all my life. I recently developed arthritis in my knee. I will continue to exercise and with the help from people like you, I will do both in a chair, full body with weights, cardio but I cannot do anything that will impact my knees (squats, lunges, planks, kneeling on the floor). Membership is not possible due to financial restrictions but I faithfully do RUclips exercises everyday for at least 1 to 2 hours. Wishing you much success in the future.

Donovan, I am 72 years old, and I just started your chair workouts and absolutely love them! They are not easy but I can keep up, and feel good afterwards. I 42 year old and do your workouts while at work. I work on concrete floor so high impact workouts are floor workouts are no good for me. So love that you do chair workouts that are good for everyone. You get what you pit in and I appreciate you coaching me

I'm 60 YsO from Barcelona, Catalunya, Europe and what really matters to me is to have a wide range of sessions based on the time of those sessions. Sometimes I only have 10 min available, some othes 20 min or 30 min or 1 h if I'm lucky and my job allows me. I live in Australia and love your videos on RUclips. I am 68 and have osteoarthritis in the ankle so I do your chair videos every day. The variety is fantastic and I love to mix it up with weights, resistance bands and pilates balls.
I also like any floor exercises like pilates.

Hey Donovan. I watched this, and I get the burn out and need for a reset. I often read Jeremiah 29: 5-14 during those times. It helps me a lot and reminds ne to be right where I am. Anyhow. I have nerve damage/ small fiber neuropathy in both my feet. I'm 47 and suddenly handicapped in the last 2 years. I've struggled on my own to figure out what exercises I could do without being on my feet too long. I want to be functional and strong for myself and my family despite this disability. Your channel is an answer to prayer. It's revitalized me and made me realize there's still so many options. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Praying for you. Thank you again.

I just discovered your 10 minute chair workouts. Wonderful! I used to dance and hike, etc. But now I can't do those things, and I have become overweight. I hate this. Every exercise program I found, I couldn't handle. My hips and knees would scream. I have a replaced knee and doctor wants to keep me from having to have surgery on my right knee. It's not that I would not be willing to have the knee replaced, but he says it isn't time, yet. Both my hips have arthritis. I have had pain shots to get by. I can't handle my treadmill anymore. Then I found you a few weeks ago. I discovered that I can do the chair exercises without hurting my knee or my hips. I may not have lost much weight, but I am looking so much better. I feel stronger. I have to tell you that I enjoy your spontaneous comments while you are exercising. You make this fun. Ten minutes is enough for me. I know I have worked hard. Maybe I should say that I am on the sunny side of the 70's. Not a young girl anymore. Just know, I thank you. I appreciate you.

I love your style! I was searching RUclips for a simple 10 minute workout. I wanted a really clean smart workout, which there are many of, but the vibe was off.. so many of them were annoyingly 'peppy' or trying to be drill sergeants. Your 8 minute workout is what I use today. It's an excellent routine and you have such a perfect balance of personality and charm but you don't overdo it- it's just chill to work out with you... and it's hard work. You get down to business and it's easy to see the results!
