I have been doing the 15 minutes sitting down routine for 5-6 weeks and have done this one a few times after the 15 minutes routine. It is more challenging, in particular the knees up, legs out and down one. At 77 and never having stuck to exercise routines before, I am proud, and I am losing my muffin top slowly. Thank you.

It was perfectly challenging. Thanks! I don't really have enough room for my normal exercise routine; plus, due to a sore on my back, I'm reluctant to let my back hit and rub against the floor. This is perfect for me, while my back is healing and I feel it is as effective as my traditional pilates routine.
I'm 67 and and I'm recovering from foot surgery. I found you about a month ago and you are now my favorite instructor. I can only do chair excersises at the moment and your's are really challenging. Thank you for all you do!

I am 71, about 20 lbs overweight and carry it all in my tummy these exercises have been terrific, I change them with 3 or four of your others. Yours are by far my favorite, thank you. Have lost 27 lbs go far with just 20 more to go.
I am 55, had 4 major abdominal surgeries this last year, and a cancer diagnosis. This was a great workout that I could manage as I try to get my body back.

I'm in my 20s but I've found that super intense exercise sessions really just spike my stress and don't make my body feel really good. So, this was perfect for me! As far as the chair portion goes, as I have ADHD, any steps for setting up I can remove the better. No going to the garage to get a yoga mat or weights, just did this in my desk chair. I started to sweat. Primarily, my lower abs and the tops of my thighs feel the tenseness now that I've stopped for a couple minutes. Just amazing, thank you 💙

Thanks for chair videos for abs. I am 60 & live in IL & like to use my pool to exercise, but needed an option for when water too cool. I have shattered my ankle & broke lower leg twice, so some flex gone in ankle, so some exercises are out for me. I could do all of these. I just did the 10 & 8 min exercise routines. Glad I found these chair exercise routines. Thanks again.
