You dear dear man, I've been diagnosed with a form of Leukemia ( I hate even saying it) which is robbing me of my strength, motivation, and my thought process. I'm 66 and have been in the gym since I was in my early 30's, so this blood disease is depleting me of everything I've worked so hard for. However, upon discovering your channel and being able to do your routines (with some variation) I feel like there is hope that I can regain the strength needed to carry on with my life. By the way, it's Thanksgiving day and I'm grateful for you and your hard work. I'm determined to get healthier with diet and exercise despite what the doctors say. Donovan, Your workouts are giving me life! 3 months ago I broke my femur and though I'm in physical therapy and do mobility and strengthening exercises, I still cannot move quick, so cardio and balancing on my feet is very difficult . I am so happy to have found your videos. I do 2- 3 a day and not only am I feeling healthier, but happier too. My physical therapist has given these exercises a thumbs up as well. Thank you.

Just had a foot operation and I needed some movement to feed my body. I modified the exercise to keep my one foot elevated while loving up the rest of my body through your great moves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Donovan!
This has to be one of your best routines with the combination of the your band, the weights and those leg raisers. Can’t wait to do it. I’m 84 years old and try to do a variety of exercises every day especially those for my bone-to-bone knees. The leg raisers are a killer as it requires a strong stomach. I could hardly raise them from the floor and have gained in height. I love your short routines because they accomplish a lot in a short period of time. I usually select ahead of time a second short term one and it’s working out very well for me. Thanks, Donovan! You’re great.
