Just wanted to let u know that I have been doing the knee work out consistently...yes ..my knees are getting better & better with my doctor ' s advice too.. - the 5 minute plank is magic...I just love...I have shortened the rest time as u have suggested in the video...I am so happy...thank you..& stay blessed 😊
65 and obesely overweight. I started with the Stretch video and then moved to this one. I was able to participate in all but one exercise and I marched through that one. I also do the wall push & knee raising exercise. I plan to do this 4 times this week, 5 times next week, etc. until I am doing these exercises every day.
Schellea, I am almost 76 years old, have just lost 25 pounds in about 25 weeks and needed an easy workout for the belly fat. Yours is the first I see that doesn't ramble on and do all that deep breathing stuff, which I don't like. I think that I feel my abs working more effectively by being seated than by lying on the floor. This is very effective because you are working against gravity by having to pull your legs up. My abs were on fire doing this amazing workout.🔥🔥🔥

Wow love this work out. I am 42 y.o. and am just starting to work out again after giving it up 3 years ago and this made me sweat. I love your realism and that you make no fake promises like the B.S. 7 day promise a lot of young influencers make. I definitely felt it in my abs after words shoot toward the end of the video I was using those 15 seconds to rest instead of walking because i needed to breathe. 😅

I would love it if you would number your workouts; sometimes I can’t tell just by looking the at pictures if I’ve already done them. I like to mix them up every morning. Great little workout --thank you! Through the "worst" of it, or when it's at its most difficult, I find it very helpful to exhale slowly through my mouth. I do this too by the way through pain. 🥲❤️

Broke my ankle about 7 months ago and need to get moving more. I've done a couple workouts, and so far, so good with minimal stress on the ankle--I think this will help me to get things going again.

I am 60 years old and have been doing your workouts for a few years now. I would like to know if you have a workout that would specifically help with degenerative lumbar spine issues. Currently, to alleviate my mild back pain, I incorporate your back exercises, some of your abs exercises, and hip exercises into my routine.
