10 Minute Workout | Abs Workout At Home | No Repeat | 1 Dumbbell & Bodyweight

    In this ab workout we will be doing some exercises with just 1 dumbbell and the other exercises with just our bodyweight
    You won't need a crazy heavy weight. Just work with what you've got and if you want to make some of the weighted exercises a little tougher, you can up the weight
    So 10 exercises and no repeats. We will be hitting 40 seconds of each exercises with just 15 seconds rest between each
    A super quick and effective ab blast that will be done in just 10 minutes. So don't tell me you don't have time. You absolutely do
    No time like the present. Grab a little space, grab a dumbbell and let's smash it

    Hey Zeus, been doing your 10 min exercises for a month. On the very last ab exercise, how do you do this without hurting your tailbone? I feel like Im doing it wrong because I sit on my tailbone and it begins to hurt!
