15 MIN CHEST HIIT WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS | at home

  • Todays Zeus Fitness workout is a quick 15 min chest HIIT workout with weights. What I love about these HIIT workout with weights style workouts is that they are short , sharp and to the point, but also give a great workout and pump in a very short time
    Maximising your results in minimal time. Also as with all these types of dumbbell HIIT workouts. You can make this as easy or as difficult as you wish by simply upping the weights each time you try it
    With this workout we will be doing 3 batches of 3 different chest exercises
    3 exercises back to back for 35 sec on each - 10 secs rest
    followed by 3 different chest exercises back to back again for 35 secs each on - 10 secs rest. Again repeating that cycle 3 times
    You will pick it up as we go. 15 mins , a couple of dumbbells and a little space at home and you are ready to roll

    holy cow is my chest on fire after doing this one again. upped the weight to 22.5s entire way through and that was so tough. made it all the way through, so really pleased with that progress 4/9

    again another sneaky good burner here. used 20s all the way through the entire workout. those last few rounds were pretty tough with the pushups, flys and pinch press pullovers. thanks again for giving us this great burn in just 15 short mins.

    I look through your 200 videos. Do you do a video just for 20lb dumbbell workouts? This was the only thing I could get my hands on why I am working away from home.

      You can do any of the workouts with any weight. You just need to adjust the amount of reps you do with that weight in the allotted time for example. So if using a heavier weight you would do slightly less reps in a 30 seconds window as an example.

    Grant do u give personal guideness. Iam based in Canada. I get tired during pushups and push up related pattern of workouts. How much water we need to consume before and after workouts. Please reply. A reply from u means an autograph and acknowledgement.
