Today's workout
Again as with all these no repeat dumbbell workouts we have been doing recently. It's again 15 exercises non stop with no repeat. This time it will be an upper body dumbbell workout.
Continuing on today with this 15 min workout for the Upper body. Again perfect for home or the gym in just 15 minutes and all with just a light set of dumbbells
If you need a tougher workout and have the weights at your disposal , simply up the weight in some of the exercises to make it even tougher.

another fantastic workout here. i think one thing that is missed is how good of a forearm & grip strength workout these tend to be because you almost never put down the dumbbells. Used 15s all the way through and that was the right weight. Awesome!!! thank you!

hadn't done this one in a few months so i went back at it but this time upped the weight to 17.5# and it was a great weight to really push me. hopefully in a few more months i can up to 20# 8/30

My Training
Hey Grant, I’ve been doing this workout for almost 2 months now and it no longer hurts the next day. Should I move onto one of your longer workouts or just add more weight to this one? Thanks

My elbows are hurting after this lol! Is this bad or are my muscles just getting adjusted to the exercise?
Just make sure you're going slow and Controlled and using correct form. Let the muscles do the work and go light to start.
would we do this 3 times to get 3 sets in?
Maybe do twice to make it a 30 min upper body workout
How often should I do this
Depending on the rest of your training and weight used maybe 2-3 times a week with day in between each time
@@TheZeusFitness thinking of doing this and the 15 min ab workout on the same day and on rest days do like a 20min run
this working abs as well?
Not directly but some movements will incorporate some core strength

These were just 8kg, start light do it right and you can always work your way up. Won't take much for a serious burn
