12 Min STAPLE CHEST home dumbbell workout (works even with light weights)

  • Follow along with me in this real-time 12 Min STAPLE CHEST home dumbbell workout that will work with any weights
    So what is a Staple dumbbell chest workout and how does it work?
    So what we have here is 3 stations. We have a light station , a moderate station and a heavy station
    The heavy station will be our Staple exercise and the exercise we keep coming back to after each of the other exercises
    So our staple exercise today will be the dumbbell chest press. You can use this exercise to try and lift as heavy as you can and for as many reps as you can.
    After we do our staple , we then move onto the moderate station. After that we go back to the staple before hitting the light station, back to the staple and so on
    Sounds confusing , but it will all make sense as you follow along in real-time
    Each exercises and station will be performed for 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest
    This one is a lot of fun and you can really test yourself with this workout , especially with that heavy staple set
    So grab your dumbbells , grab a drink and around 12 minutes of your time and get ready for an awesome pump on that chest

    This chest workout plus the 12 minute back, 12 min shoulders, 12 min triceps and 12 min biceps in a row makes for an exhausting workout.

    Monday/Chest Day: No time for Lift, so I snuck this one in. Excellent! At this point my chest looks like a "poorly" shaped ass, but I'm getting there 😉

    Started off with the first set thinking this would be easy. I was shakin on the last chest press with my 35 lb dumbbells 😅 damn good chest workout!
