    Like the previous workouts in this mini series, today's tricep workout is going to be 10 exercises in 10 mins and again no repeats
    We are going to hit our 10 exercises for 40 secs of each and just 15 secs rest between each
    It really wont take long for this workout to seriously start to burn so be smart when it comes to picking your dumbbell weight
    I am using a bench in this workout , but if you do not have a bench you just use the floor , a chair or edge of your sofa for certain exercises
    Same as the other videos , no excuses with this one also. As we all have at least 10 minutes in a day to squeeze in one of these workouts
    So grab those dumbbells and let's absolutely smash it

    Can you come out with a unilateral FULL body workout?! 40 to 45min? Love working isolation and one side then the other! It goes by so fast!

    Awesome workout once again! one question about your workouts can i do them like everyday of 1 day train and 1 day off and repeat or is that to much

      If doing these routines you could for example do back & biceps one day , chest and triceps then next , shoulders and abs the next, then back to back & biceps for example! Really depends on your schedule and how long you want to work out for each day

    low key no bullshit i think its ok to do as a beginner so you got my sub, can i combine these diff groups together in one day or nust do one per day and just cycle through?

      Yip these are perfect for all levels as are a lot of the workouts on here! Emm really I guess depends how you’re feeling! If you’re feeling like you’ve more in the tank you could easily splice 2 of them together for an awesome workout 👍

      @@TheZeusFitness pure beginner 40+ with decade of neglect 😞 presumably i dont want to so bice+tricep together as that will be too much fatigue in same area? so just combine unrelated groups legs + bicep etc?
